Be aware before ordering. I ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The container arrived messy, with sauce spilled and half of kimchi hanging outside the container.
I ordered the spicy pork feet for about $40 (photo attached), but the portion was very small and the pork slices were tiny (looks like LEFTOVERS). I’ve had great experience with spicy pork feet before, so I was hoping for a similar experience, but this was not what I expected.
Because of the presentation and condition of the food when it arrived, I decided not to eat it and threw it away. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again.

The white rice here is really good, the other dishes are good too but the white rice is like authentic asian rice and it tastes sooo yummy

We had heard great things about this restaurant and decided to try it for dinner. After tasting the dishes, we understood why this restaurant is so popular. All the dishes we ordered were delicious, with generous portions for each. They were freshly prepared using fresh ingredients, and the seasoning wasn’t too heavy – just perfect. The service was top-notch, and our server was amiable and professional. The interior made us feel like we were transported back to Seoul – authentic and cozy.
Overall, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were great, the prices were reasonable, and we liked all aspects of this restaurant.

It was our first time at Chung Dam and we would definitely come back! Everything we ordered was really good. The vibe was chill, perfect for enjoying dinner and having a nice conversation. My favorite dish was the rose spicy tteokbokki, it was creamy, slightly sweet, and super flavorful all at once. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!

If you want to experience both the most authentic Korean food and exclusive Korean drinking culture, this is definitely where you have to go!
I bet their Bossam(tender and chewy boiled pork) and Jokbal(pork trotters) are the best in town. The portion is so huge as well. It’s big enough to serve upto 3-4 ppl.
And try out the Beef Tendon Oden Soup and Beef Shank which are exclusive and soooo tasty.
There’s no photo here but there’s also a bar where you can easily grab a drink if you’re not really craving some food.
Oh I also love the menu design! Looks so cute and fantastic as their food.

absolutely amazing!
Hayden was our server and did an amazing job explaining the menu items and helping us choose what to eat and drink with his great recommendations. Atmosphere downstairs is very cute and reminds me of a Japanese city street. Yakitori is something that is needed when you come visit and we had no regrets getting the yakitori platter. Portion sizes are surprisingly big and filling.
Will be coming again to try everything else!

UPDATE: We usually love CHUNG DAM in Annandale and have had great experiences here, but this visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered the Mille Feuille nabe—one of our favorites—but the meat this time was almost entirely fat. As you can see in the photos, the dish was basically slabs of fat with barely any actual meat. It was unappetizing and nothing like what we’ve had before.
For the price and the reputation of this place, I expected the same quality we’re used to, but this was a huge letdown. I really hope they pay more attention to ingredient quality and consistency, because this was not acceptable.
