Upon perusing the menu, it was evident that Chun Chun prides itself on offering an authentic culinary experience. With a diverse array of Korean and Chinese dishes to choose from, my family and I found ourselves immersed in a world of delectable options.

If you find yourself craving for some authentic, delicious Chinese or Korean cuisine at a reasonable price look no further. They have a wide selection to choose from. Servings are nicely sized. Service is always quick and attentive. We’ve been regular customers of this place since 2014 and never been disappointed! Kudos to the Chef – he definitely knows what he’s doing! Five stars!

Wow, just wow. So good all around. Plate appears so upscale, food absolutely top notch! Service was very attentive. Price surprisingly reasonable. Definitely need to return to try other dishes. WHY DIDN’T I FIND THEM SOONER!!! Many thanks.
2nd visit just as superb oh yeah. Yum, yum yum.

Loved it. Came with my sister and we both felt so full. Definitely will be a returning customer. When I first walked in, I definitely didn’t expect it to look the way it did. Very clean and the art on the walls were very nice. Our waitress was very nice. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. My only complaint was the sprite… it had a weird taste to it that I ended up ordering water. Other than that, I will be returning!

Naw, this is not it. Very greasy “chinese” food. The fried rice is clearly brown rice. The sweet and sour chicken- greasy. The egg rolls-greasy. No low sodium soy sauce. The servers are not friendly at all. The decor is kitschy, tables are well-worn and a bit sticky. If you would like to grab
food here, I recommend taking it to-go. I did not enjoy being served by the professionals at this restaurant at all. Not friendly and did very little table touching.

Went in for a late dinner recently, the kind of time where you would expect them to being winding down and not necessarily their best.
The food all looked and tasted great. Service was very attentive.
Great experience all around.

This is a Chinese Restaurant attempting, unsuccessfully to cook Korean food. I paid $60 for the food that you see below. Having lived in Korea for a year and in Korean food for 40 years, this is inferior. Service is terrible if you go in to the restaurant there’s like one person eating there everyone knows if you serve Korean food you serve him kimchiwith the food that’s the way the cuisine is. They charge for that horrible place do not go.

Vast variety of dishes to pick from so take your time looking for something new to try. Be aware Spicy is made from lots of pepper corns and red spicy peppers. Good service and definitely family run and family type atmosphere. Vegetables were green and fresh. Like the beef more than chicken dishes.

I like coming here for Korean’s version of Chinese food. I always get their black bean noodle, braised shrimp and sweet & sour beef. They also have many Korean dishes too. I’m sure their actual Chinese food is good, too…

I went for a late dinner tonight and after not visiting for 6 months, I’m a little disappointed.

The food was good, but not as incredible as it was when we went when I first moved to Greenville. I have eaten at Chun Chun five or six times, but not recently until tonight. The chicken on both the Sesame Chicken and Orange Chicken was unevenly cut, so some of it was cooked but not crisp at all and some smaller pieces were so overcooked the meat was tough. The sauces and the fried rice were a little underseasoned. The fried chicken wings were overfried and not super enjoyable to eat. The fried dumplings were excellent as always.

The service was average. We had to flag the waitstaff down a couple times for drinks, which is fine, but they didn’t fill all of our drinks each time, which was odd. The waitstaff was nice and polite, but failed to ask us what size we wanted for our entrees and automatically entered them as large unknown to us until the bill came. She also didn’t ask if we wanted to split the bill, which was inconvenient (there was a couple and a friend – we ended up settling it through cash app).

As for atmosphere, the building has quite an echo to it, so when the restaurant’s music was playing, it seemed quite loud and it was difficult to converse over it. It also meant other diners were speaking louder than normal too. The decorations are absolutely beautiful, but there is a lot of decor.

Overall, I definitely will be checking back in to see if they continue to decline in quality or if tonight was a fluke. Chun Chun used to be my favorite asian food restaurant in Greenville, and I hope they stay that way. YMMV if you dine in for lunch.
