The food was excellent. Not busy (6 people in the whole restaurant, but food took longer than expected. Definitely worth the wait. I was hesitant on the miso soup but it was INCREDIBLE. The ceviche was incredible. My friend got four tacos and that filled them up perfectly. Definitely recommended and will be back

Fun mix of Mexican and Asian food. The fries were a hit with our group and both the bowls and burritos were tasty. The seared tuna was overcooked which was disappointing but the pho burrito with beef was so good it made up for the overcooked fish. Portions were also quite generous and the cost was very reasonable. Atmosphere was more of a bar vibe but still fun. I would recommend stopping by and trying the pho burrito.

This was a very interesting and enjoyable experience! I have never visited a Latin-Asian fusion restaurant before and wasn’t sure what to expect.
The food was really inspired and tasted fantastic – I had a pho burrito and ahi tuna sushi nachos. My partner had Korean BBQ tacos and chipotle miso soup. They were as their names implied – if you imagined all the essential ingredients to pho but wrapped in a tortilla, that is exactly what it is and it worked REALLY well for each dish.
The prices were not expensive nor cheap but affordable. Not to mention we both received free chocolate truffles for Valentine’s Day 🙂
I highly recommend stopping by Chuey FU’s if this combination piques your interest in the slightest!
I didn’t expect it to be a bar layout (my fault for not looking at pictures) but I take away one star for not being the most aesthetically pleasing environment. It was a bit haphazard and there was a movie with very gorey murder scenes playing which wasn’t the vibe. But, overall, will likely be visiting again 🙂

Must try is the Fuh Burrito (Pho Burrito) it will not dissapoint. The tacos were amazing, and the must-have dessert is the twig and berries.

2021- Food truck heaven!! I have the best apartment complex. Once a month we have a different food truck and tonight it was Chuey Fu’s. We ordered the tuna bowl, tuna tacos, chicken quesadilla, and tempura shrimp. Everything tasted amazing. Tuna cooked to order and you can tell. Everything was fresh and delicious. Thanks for being so awesome.

We stopped in with some friends for a cocktail. I really liked the art, and the atmosphere, the bartender Erika was Awesome, and the drinks were tasty. We’ll have to try the food next time. I hear it’s good.

Great deals and delicious food at an affordable price. Loved the chips and salsa and the Pho Burrito. Only thing I’d say needs improved is a bit of cleanliness, the table tops and menus could use a good wipe down. Otherwise staff was friendly and I will likely be revisiting!

First of all, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is so fun! But I have to add that tonight my friend and I had the waitress Jade (she was by herself and absolutely killed it) – she was the cutest ever and incredibly helpful! (Also I forgot my phone at the table, of course, and she LITERALLY ran out of the restaurant to give it to me)

Tasty fusion tacos and nice margs. Meat in the tacos was dry but flavors were still delicious. We shared chips and guac, the Korean BBQ and Char Shu Pork tacos. My wife really liked her house marg.
Service was polite with no frills – just one person running the bar and taking all the food orders when we stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. Busy but not rude.
Atmosphere is a bar but with some nice art painted on the wall like koi fish and such.
