The food is great and very reasonably priced especially the 1/2 priced appies. As are the drinks. Was really disappointed that they removed the shrimp with Thai chili sauce off at apps. That was my favourite!
The most recent visit the manager came to check on us more than the server. She was busy flirting/hanging out at the ‘dads’ (baseball team) table and we waited at min, 30 min to order. The ‘kids’ (baseball team – Riverside Royals) table was close to our table and they were left completely unattended. They were rowdy, pouring you name it, everything on the table into the water glasses. Running back and forth to the washroom, making crude remarks to us. None of the restaurant staff asked them to behave.
Overall it’s a good restaurant and would recommend.

First time at a Chuck’s roadhouse. Had the ribs which were very tender and tasty. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. Will go back and have the ribs again on a Wednesday when they are on special. Service was excellent. Very attentive which is importantly at any establishment. One minor issue is the noise. Didn’t really bother us but if you are looking for a quiet meal this ain’t the place.

Great prices, decent food and plenty of choices to choose from. I enjoy getting the strawberry pecan salad and adding grilled chicken but it’s also hard to pass up the $9 Chuck Burger. Kids have 5 or 6 things to choose from at a good price. My son had the burger and it was similar in size to the adult chuck burger. We will definitely go back.

We ordered 8 dinners for pickup. We picked up(and asked if all orders were there, they said yes. We go home and 2 were missing. So we had to drive back and pick up the last two. All they gave was for the hassle was one dessert. All the chicken dinners were overcooked. My buffalo chicken fingers barely had any buffalo sauce on it.

My only concern is the excessive workload for one waiter. I’m a regular customer of this bar, and on several occasions, I’ve seen a waiter working alone with multiple tables to serve. A message for the manager:
I hope you have two or more waiters working on weekends so you don’t overwork one for minimum wage.

Went into Chuck’s for an early dinner with my family today, and had such a great experience. Our waitress, Chantel, gave us excellent service friendly, attentive, and fast. The food came out quickly, everything was correct, and it was delicious. Us parents were happy, and the kids were even happier! We left so satisfied and will definitely be back.

Ate here tonight as a family of 5. My wife ordered the Philly sandwich which is to have shaved steak, it had large chunks of steak. I ordered the smokehouse and it came without any sauce and a severely undercooked patty.
