From the time we walked in to the time we left, everything was great!
Hostess was smiling by and greeted us like she enjoyed her job. Server was a nice man.
Food was served fast, hot and very tasty!

My usual experience is great.
We showed up and asked for a table as we had a large group and the host said we would have to wait 40 mins but we could squish into a corner booth. We did which is no problem but there were tables open all night that they could have seated us at.
I ordered the half rack of ribs and was served 4 bones. There was barely any meat on it and we asked to speak to the manager (which was the host) and he said that’s the way it comes and there’s nothing he can do about it. He wasn’t very friendly about it and wasn’t friendly when we asked for a table. He needs to work on professionalism. I will be making sure we go to the other locations next time. Our waitress however was very kind and I felt bad that she had to deal with the annoyance of our complaints.

Chuck’s is one of my favourites. It always has the best prices, especially for steak and lobster, and I’ve had fun every single time. It’s a great go to when you don’t want to spend too much and still get great food and atmosphere!

This location has become a Wednesday night tradition for my friends and I. Our waitress had our drinks before we even sat down. The food is always top notch and the service has been consistently excellent. Kaylee is a very attentive server.
