This place used to be fun with a good, lively atmosphere, but our recent visit to watch the Eagles game was a big disappointment. The bartender only served one drink and never came back to check on us. We waited about 50 minutes, and the waitress never brought menus. When we asked for the manager, she was unprofessional and defensive—mentioning that the waitress was her daughter, which had nothing to do with our issue. Instead of addressing the problem, she spoke to us aggressively and told us not to drink… at a bar. The service was terrible, and the management made the experience even worse. It’s sad because I really wanted to support this business, but they need serious changes in management. Don’t waste your time going here.

The food and customer service were -10. From the time we walked through the door, we received nothing but attitude from the alleged “manager” She was rude as hell and basically said our money wasn’t good enough for Chucks. She first said that we needed to have a reservation (LOL) since when??? The red snapper looked like a fried rat, the spinach had brown juice running from it and I don’t know what the mashed potatoes was supposed to be and to top it all off The lady was upset that we expressed our disappointment with the food.

OMG no Italian dressing for the salad. No vinegar either. They charged $2 for water. Can’t believe that. Service was ok, but probably because we were the only people there.

Where do I began! The server was a sweetheart but she needs help. It took us about an hour to place an food order. I ordered a lobster burger and they really gave me a lobster and a burger. Which confused me! There wasn’t any mention of surf and turf for this particular option. I’m use to receiving an actually nice size lobster(ONLY) sandwich everywhere else I order a lobster burger. (Nice try guys) this was absolutely trash! On the flip the mussels were good and the fries were fresh. Very disappointing lobster burger. Anyone looking for a real Lobster burger try Orchard Smootie Cafe best in the city same price but you only get a nice size lobster no beef.. ♀️

Went here thinking I was gonna get tasty food and great service. Sadly mistaken, hostesses had no personality or professionalism. We were told that had no drink menus. I had to ask for lemonade. I never been to a restaurant that didn’t even offer water with Lemon . Overall was not a pleasant place to eat. Over all the restaurant get 1.5 stars ⭐️

Service was trash the wings and mussels were . The crab rolls I will give a 1.5 they were filled with real crab meat however very dry . I ordered shrimp and grits that I didn’t get till hour later.

The bartenders were great and drinks were even better. The atmosphere was cool and not to crowded. Dope music w/ live DJ. Only knock were the prices. Drinks and food were $$$$. The Shrimp Alfredo was hot and bangin. My date said her Salmon was good but, it was only slightly warm. Still had a good time though and would go back again. (Was there for about 3 hours and spent almost $250 on drinks and food for 2 people.)

Awful! owner needs to sell to someone who cares about running a business this is a stain on this neighborhood. Employees are useless and rude had the worst attitude. Not only will I never go here I will advise everyone to stay away for the filthy establishment. Went in on a Saturday night, and was told they were having a private event however we were still invited to come eat, just with a $10 donation per person to get in the restaurant.
No problem, right? We paid the $10, ($20 total) and went inside. We were told to seat ourselves and a waiter would be over soon. After waiting 30 minutes, someone finally came over to take our orders and gave us menus that he grabbed from another table seconds prior.
We placed our order (a order of wings, a cheesesteak, and a chicken cheesesteak) and waited another 15-20 minutes for our drinks to come. After that no one came to our table for another 30 minutes.
Finally our waiter comes with our cheesesteaks wrapped and in a plastic bag. Confused, I asked why they were packed to go, where are the fries and how come they came out before the wings?
He responded they were coming out soon, then another server came with 1 order of fries and told us he just put in the order for the wings, like what? We decided to just leave considering our food was packed to go anyways.
Too too it off, the bread of cheesesteaks are completely soaked, and no toppings were added. Terrible experience, terrible service and the food wasn’t even worth it, I wish I could get my money back!

I Use to go here all the time but seem like after covid their quality of food change so I stop. Just went a few days ago Dine in, it was so good. Went back the next day (takeout) got the same thing-HORRIBLE, eggs was chewy tasted rotten. rice was completely different. It was the 4$ veggie rice & fried devil eggs. The takeout order had no No veggie n just look like a Plain herb rice. Took it back, got refund. The posted pic from the Dine in order.
