This bar is a great time. The bartender is awesome and funny and he is a blast. We had a great time here. Definitely my favorite bar in Old Bisbee. Matt the owner is an amazing guy.

Words cannot describe this place. My husband and I just got married in Bisbee and Matt was phenomenal! He even let us buy an antelope from this bar (we love Murry the antelope). He is such a unique human who is just full of smiles and laughs. We adore chuckleheads and always love when they are open! Best bar ever!

Is this the diviest bar of all the dive bars? It certainly might be.
I’ve never seen such a clustercluck of a place in my life. Imagine if you could generate a bar using AI, and your inputs consisted of things your toddler says at the dinner table, and BAM, Chuckleheads materializes out of thin air. It’s absolutely bizarre. Just reeeeeAaaaAllllly freakin weird man. It’s something you can’t really make sense of, and you’re probably not supposed to. And that means it’s worth exploring, at least for a drink or two, because for a moment you feel like you’re on a different planet, stepping through a portal to another dimension.
So buckle up, button up your trousers, and pop in for an Alice in Wonderland type of experience.

My favorite bar in Old Bisbee! Chuckleheads is a relaxed, fun place to grab a cold one which we do on a regular basis. Matt, the owner, is a comic and supports local comedians with open mike nights, scheduled professional comedy and sometimes DJ’s, live music and Karaoke. He even has trivia nights, which will keep you entertained for hours!

Music was on point to my taste (which is rare in a bar), the bartender was very very nice and the atmosphere is unique. There are a few amenities to entertain yourself with which is very important. The bathroom door did not lock, but hey, I only took a leak. This bar isn’t for everybody, but it’s humble and I love it. Thank you for introducing me to Bisbee!

Great place to see local and some traveling comedians. Enjoyed the talent and atmosphere. 3 stars only because there was no table service for drinks, had to meander through tables to bar and order for yourself. Host claimed this helped to keep their prices lower, drinks were reasonably priced. No food available. Low stars too b/c this club followed Bisbee unwritten business policy of ignoring dirty table tops and floors. The dive bar mystique only goes so far folks. Show started 8-ish, no time prior to clean up from the night before?

We had the BEST time at this bar/ comedy club yesterday. What turned out to “ Hey , lets have a drink at this place and then move on”. Ended up staying 5 hours with the wonderful bartenders Heather and owner Matt. We even ordered Pizza and Matt made arrangement for it to be delivered to his place. Matt performed Magic trick from behind the bar. Wow did it take me back to the time my dad would do all of his card tricks. We will for sure be back and will come and hang with Matt and Heather again ! This was one of the best times I have ever had at a bar!!! Thank you for making Mike’s birthday extra special!

Fun place, friendly people, live entertainment. Tonight’s entertainment was not as good as the group we heard here before but we still had fun. The bartender is a comedian and was very entertaining. This is definitely a place to stop if you’re checking out the clubs on Brewery Gulch……

Chucklehead’s is probably my most favorite bar in all of Arizona. HeyMatt is the funnest bartender i have ever met. Nowhere else have i encountered open mic, impromptu karaoke, deer dancing, competitive pinball championships, and drag queen bingo. The beers are always cold and the drinks are always drank. Stop by, say hi and order yourself a vodka water with lemon and a Dos Equis and tell them Jason sent you. They won’t know what you’re talking about but you’ll still have fun.

Chuckleheads is always a good time. Matt is a great host and lets the clientele dictate the mood. In normal times (not COVID which is the opposite of fun) there is spontaneous karaoke, trivia, and just overall fun. Chuckleheads presents world-class comedy (when we’re not all threatened by a pandemic); amazing acts grace his Bisbee stage and cause us to expel drinks out of our noses. We are truly lucky to have such a unique and fun venue in Bisbee! Oh yeah, his cocktails are solid and he has the best bathrooms in Bisbee!
