I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in probably over 20 years. Returned recently for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and it was PACKED! Quite overwhelming but now it’s all electronic and tickets are gathered on a card. There’s still a salad bar, they serve pizzas, wings, fries, and even dessert options with cakes, and dip n dots. They stamp adult hands when you are with a kid so when you leave they make sure you have a stamp when leaving with a child. They have a jungle gym that you have to pay far. They have some smaller children’s rides and tons of games. They have membership plans with certain discounts to play with too. The staff are working hard trying to get the families and children together with Chuck E comes out. There’s a large parking lot and it is quite over stimulating.

This branch is one of our favorite chuck e cheese.
The manager here Ally is great and very helpful and nice to the kids.
I was served with Javier, he was very helpful and cheerful.
I liked the atmosphere also this branch is very clean and nice.
Also they are very careful for the kids and their safety.
There is a person on the door to check that the kids are entering and leaving the place with their parents.
Everything was nice.
We enjoyed our day and my kids were very happy.

My little dudes had a blast. The pizza was decent, kids ate it and i loved it, surprised by the good quality. A game took my credits, but the manager fixed the machine and gave my credits back. The staff was all young and were great and friendly, with so many kids there and nine of them looked stresses, amazing. Will be back soon.

My family and I were very happy and pleased with the service and ultimate birthday party package. Our party host/attendent manager Allie/Ally was amazing! The birthday party was a success thanks to her. Our table was ready when we got there. Ally kept the birthday party flowing and explained how everything was going to work and was extremely helpful checking in on us frequently to ensure our needs were met. My toddler son has a ton of energy and Ally was able to help manage him and his toddler meltdowns. She got down to his level and redirected and reassured him. She is great with children and parents! She was very understanding and made a point to ensure that I spent as much quality time with my family and friends. Birthday parties and hosting can be stressful but not with Ally at Chuck E Cheese. Everyone had a blast! Ally thought of everything and provided exceptional service. The pizza and lemon pepper wings are delicious. Chuck E Cheese had something for everyone from our 3 year old to our 12 year old and beer for the dads. 10/10 recommend. We will be back. Thank you Ally! We truly appreciate your service, understanding, and kindness.

We have been coming here 1-2 times a month and I have had birthday parties for my kids here a few times. Every single visit we are greeted with a smile! Service, food, and overall atmosphere is great. My kids love coming here! We have the fun pass membership and it’s so worth it! The staff are awesome! I can’t remember everyone’s names but Ally, David & Javier to name a few, are honestly a big reason this place has become a frequent visit for us. Someone is always out cleaning and wiping tables, bathrooms have been clean each time we have been, and it’s always a smooth visit!

THIS! WAS! MY! GO! TO! CHILDHOOD! LOCATION! This location just shouts “NOSTALGIA”. My family use to go to this place all the time AND if I have one word for ALL my experiences of this place, AMAZING! The games were nostalgic, the atmosphere was magical BUT THE SHOWROOM, that was the best part! I remember my brother having his birthday at this very location and also that was my first experience of seeing Chuck in person. This place brings back so many memories and even though it has changed nowadays, it will always hold a place in my heart

It’s a clean location with a very friendly and professional staff. I would recommend this location in particular because I know they handle birthday parties well and their staff try their best. The food does take a while to come out, but realistically if their food came out faster the quality would decline and this location has done well ensuring their food is a delicious and I want it to stay that way.

We have the $7.99 monthly pass for my daughter to get to play 40 games a day and she absolutely loves it. I’m so happy that an offer like this exists and she looks forward to going to Chuck E. Cheese one to two times a week for play dates and family time. The pizza is delicious too, and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend.

The floors were filthy and the fries were not worth $5. Machines were set to low ticket output. The pizza was surprisingly yummy. I miss how this place used to be.
