Went back here and had great service and the manager Regan, was so charming and helpful. All the staff I’ve ever had to deal with was polite and had very upbeat personas. Great place for the entire family. I know this 63 yr old woman loves it and will keep going back.
Had a very nice time with the family today at Chuck E Cheese. The cashier was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly and made sure all our needs were met. I didn’t get her name but that’s her in the picture I’m adding in the stuff shop so if you see her you can judge for yourself how polite and kind she is. The food was scrumptious. The pizza and the cheesy bread sticks were piping hot. And the games were so much fun. I haven’t played like that at an arcade in years. Will absolutely go back again in the future.

This place is fantastic my kids really love to play the ticket Trooper they win thousands and thousands of tickets these are the loosest slots in Indiana hahaha great for birthday parties and snow days

Would rather purchase only play pass points then how expensive the parties are. I have done bday parties with and without the “party pay” and have just as fun for same o less price!!! You can get coupons easily for lots of fun.

Restroom gaps are too big and right in plain view of toilet. You can literally watch someone use the toilet. Not acceptable for a children’s place. This picture was taken from the sink area. I really hope no kids are being watched in these restrooms.

Very fun for the kids (even the little ones). There are plenty of things to do to keep them excited and engaged. The place was exceptionally clean, and all of the games/rides seemed fairly new.
The quality of the pizza was mediocre at best. Shame, for a pizza joint. ♂️
As far as price goes, expect to spend $70-$90 for a family of 5 to eat, and play a decent amount of games. We spent right at $90.
Like I said though, the kids did have a lot of fun. Everyone had full bellys and in today’s inflated economy, we can’t really complain too much about the price.

Had a great experience! We had a birthday party and everyone had a blast. The guests and birthday star loved the unlimited game cards. Even the adults had fun! Food tasted good, and I really liked the self serve drinks. I know people say its expensive, but it was one of the cheapest parties I’ve put on. It’s sounds like a lot up front, but I know I spend way more doing it all myself when it’s all said and done. The best part was, I didn’t have to do anything! Our server took care of everything and actually got to play with my kids. We will definitely have at least one birthday there next year!
