The service is great. Most of the food was good too. The mashed potatoes, to me one of the most important metrics of a good buffet, were very thin and runny. I think the most disappointing thing here was the confusing layout. Soup next to cookies? Salad type bars on opposite sides of the food mix? Some bars on angles while others are straight? Overall though, I liked this place. And the goldfish crackers on the salad bar were awesome!

Not being from this area or stay, definitely miss this type of buffet. Very much the “Golden Corral” vibes. Nothing wrong with that. I enjoy these types of establishments: easy, comfort food, including desserts and drinks. Price was very reasonable for lunch. Definitely would come back again if I was ever in this part of Utah.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast here. The staff is very friendly. The food is hot and fresh. Nothing ever since too long. Give this place a shot. You will NOT be disappointed. Premium bacon. Delicious breakfast breads (French toast waffles pancakes) and a very well done omelet bar.

The customer service here was amazing! I came here with a bunch a friend’s and I was surprised by how kind and gentle our waiter was, she let us know if we needed anything every 10 minutes! The mash potatoes never fail me, and the sugar buns were so good!! This is my favorite buffet I always go to, but the time I went, the salmon needed more flavor, and the drinks tasted like soda water. But most of the time, this place does a great job of satisfying you, especially for the cheap price. Thank you, Chuck-A-Rama!

Chuck-A-Rama is the best buffet in Ogden. I really like how they keep less amounts on the buffet and are quick to replace the items so everything is fresh crispy and hot. I always eat way too much because I want to try everything and there is a lot to try.

I am never disappointed in Chuck-A-Rama. There’s literally something for everyone! My entire family loves to go. There’s always a great atmosphere, amazing customer service, non-stop fresh food and it’s always clean. I love the scones and honey butter, whipped lemon jello mold, fruit, orange whip and rice pudding (minus the raisins). I’ll never go on seafood night. Not a fan- but you can see me there any other time! Yum-o!

Food was cold and pancakes were hard. My scone was so hard I couldn’t eat it. The sausage gravy was way to salty. I normally like the food at chuck a Rama. But their breakfast is not good. We got there early so it should not have been cold or hard.

Chuck-a-Rama is actually a pretty nice place for an outing. It is not outrageously expensive and drinks are always included. The food is surprisingly good. They don’t have a plethora of choices like some buffet but what they put out is delicious. They focus on cooking the food well instead of having as many options as they can possibly fit on a buffet line. The workers are very professional and friendly. The waitress in charge of our section was very attentive but not smothering. Our finished plates were taken away very quickly. They all were well-groomed, uniforms clean and overall they looked happy to be there. The décor and ambiance are really cozy and pleasing and it brings together a welcoming feeling. My favorite thing about them is, each day they have a different theme. You can have seafood on Friday and Italian on Saturday. You can go a couple of times and not feel like you wearing out the buffet.

We eat here at least once or twice a month and see that the dessert bar is going downhill. Today the bar was rather empty. No whipped cream for the jello or crumbcake. Apple crisp was not even a spoonful but spread thinly over the pan to try to make it look full. Mainbar was without fish for a while until someone brought it out. I sure hope this is isolated. We were thinking about coming for breakfast this weekend, hopefully there is plenty to choose from.
