Omg! Chubz Spudz is soooo good. I was not prepared for the portion size, like the loaded baked potato is huge! The pan was literally stuffed and so were the tacos! Did my boyfriend and I finish this in one setting absolutely not. This was my first time eating here and when I tell you I was NOT disappointed! The bbq sauce that they use is amazing, I love it! So don’t walk, don’t skip but run or drive and get yours as the wait is totally worth it. I can’t wait to go back ❤️

First time at CHUBS SPUDS and it was so delicious! my cousin and I ordered the Fat Man Special, a BBQ brisket sandwich, 2 sides, and 2 ribs. It was definitely filling, tasty and the wait time was great for a one-man crew. I’ll be coming back to try something new!

WOW WOW WOW… First off, the people at the food truck were so nice! We got the Special for $25 and everything on the plate is amazing. They knew we were splitting and even cut our brisket sandwich in half. I will definitely be back and I hope more people find out about them!

Absolutely delicious! Came with my husband a few weeks ago. Appreciate that everything was made to order and food was piping hot. Portions are huge so we had plenty of leftovers the next day. Price is very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Can’t wait to try more from their menu.

When I tell you this is the best food I’ve ever had in Denton, I am so serious. I got the Nacho Spud and it was AMAZING!!! I was worried about the price but when the owner showed me the portion size… completely worth the money, in fact a steal. Super friendly and nice service was a great plus. I will be coming back for more after I sleep off this giant spud.

The food is so addictive that after traveling out of state, this was the first place I went when I got back into town.
After trying the tacos here, I refuse to eat brisket from anywhere else. The older reviews must have been from when this place was just opening because not only has the owner given us extra food on multiple occasions, (just to show he appreciates his loyal customers!) he has even served us past closing-time once, just because we called to see if they would still serve us. It may sometimes take a bit longer for you to get your order but when considering that this is sort of a mom-and-pop type place, it’s perfectly reasonable to wait an extra ten minutes when the food is that good.

3rd- 2 meat plate (ribs & sliced brisket with 2 sides) $21.65 with tax – MIND BLOWN
4th- My son DOES not eat meat (he is special needs & has a hard time with chewing) & he ate the Mac n cheese, brisket & some potato salad x2!!!!
5th- The brisket tacos ARE AMAZING & fully stuffed with meat, cheese & onions & the perfect amount of sauce added in the mix, boyyyyyy, food coma.
Steven is hands down respectful and kind and definitely hard working! Thank you!

WOWWWW!! I’m new to Texas and I was looking for some good BBQ food, I found this spot online and I called and spoke to the owner he was so nice and accommodating and welcoming and recommended a few dishes and when I tell you this is some DELICIOUS BBQ FOOD!!! These folks get down making some homemade food! The portions are very generous and the best BBQ food I’ve had in years! I highly recommend this spot! You won’t be disappointed The owners are so friendly and polite, you don’t always get that often now a days.
