This place was great. Kinda like a Hawaiian version of that Chuck E Cheese pizza place from the 90s. Food was surprisingly good. Who would have guessed you could get pizza and ramen at the same place, all the while being able to go bowling too. Service was good. Ambiance was reminiscent of my youth. What a great place to to a variety of activities.

Good food, great service and fun atmosphere! Fun, classic games. Even did the karaoke! The rule is to have one song in the rotation and many were singing 3 songs in a row. No one coordinating it so it was kind of a show. But great singers and they use Karafun. You can just put in as many songs as you want into the queue. Great sound system and very nice people there

Good, classic, quality food. Got the chicken katsu Hawaiian plate – perfect rice and yummy Mac salad. Massive portions. Inside an arcade/bowling alley so a little tacky!

Don’t let the bowling alley and arcade fool you. This place is great. Delicious food, and lots of it. Consider splitting a plate. Several televisions, and a bar. Friendly, efficient staff.

Surprisingly bad. The teriyaki chicken was not good. More like jerky than fresh off the grill. Some others from my group liked what they got including the pulled pork.

Hands down the best food I’ve ever had in Kona. First night, I had the super-juicy kahlua pork and a side of mac salad. Two days later, my girlfriend got a cold and I went back for their oxtail soup. Seriously, don’t sleep on this soup! The broth is incredible, the oxtail falls right off the bone, and the celery, cabbage, and ginger were SO delicious. Loads of oxtail too! When you’re in Kona, find this place. Then, order anything. The portions are big enough to split with another person, or to ensure you’ll have delicious leftovers. If you’re visiting, make this the first stop. The people at Chubby’s make food that feeds the soul. Thanks for sharing your talent by making some of the most perfectly prepared food to have ever graced my tongue! Mahalo!

Get the loco moco with chicken katsu and fried rice. Delicious! The katsu was the best I’ve ever had. Even the mac salad and vanilla swirl ice cream was yummy too. This place seems to be a local favorite too. Warm and kind employees. Must visit!

Talk about don’t judge a book by its cover! For us it was almost the other way around. We didn’t know there was a whole family fun center inside lol . We were going for the food!! This was our first stop on our trip and we were craving the typical “plate lunch” style food. This place didn’t disappoint! We got the beef, chicken and katsu chicken. My favorite was the beef which was the bomb!! The katsu was delicious as well. If you’re traveling with a group, you’re better off going with the plate that we chose as it feeds several for less than the individual meals.

Food was ok. We didn’t play bowling or any of the games, just came to eat. The moco loco was the best thing we had. The all meat omelette was ok, but the cheese wasn’t melted all the way through, lastly we ordered an odd vegetable dish that looked more like a salad with some celery and carrot sticks. Odd. It was fine overall.
