We have been loyal customers of Chubby’s for a while, mainly because it’s close to home. However, after our experience tonight, we are officially done with them for good. Our total was around $45. We ordered a hamburger, a side of mushrooms, two pancakes, and a cod dinner. Unfortunately, the fish was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever had from them. It consisted of just a handful of fries and two pieces of cod that were so overcooked they were practically burnt. I ended up throwing it in the trash!
This wasn’t even a one-off mistake. The last two times we ordered, the food tasted like it was cooked in oil that hadn’t been changed in who knows how long. That old, rancid flavor is unmistakable, and once you notice it, it’s all you can taste. I gave them the benefit of the doubt before, thinking maybe it was a bad day in the kitchen, but clearly this is their standard now.
Food prices are too high, and times are too hard, for businesses to be serving up this kind of slop and thinking it’s okay. We work too hard for our money to spend it on food that is not only disappointing but borderline inedible. This was my last straw with Chubby’s and I’ll take my business elsewhere where quality and care still matter.

I was really disappointed with the food here. The steak was extremely dry, and the cheese had an unpleasant taste. I paid extra for add-ons with my Philly fries but barely received anything. When I opened the tray, the food didn’t even look appetizing. The tacos were okay, but nothing special — I’ve definitely had better elsewhere. While the customer service was decent, the food itself was a major letdown. Overall, not worth the price in my opinion.

I ordered the buffalo chicken Mac and Cheese. Visual was not appealing and the taste was horrible. Literally dry pasta shells with refried chicken and a couple squirts of franks hot sauce. Never again will I be ordering this. Stick to the cheese steaks if ordering from here.

First time eating Chubby’s in a few years. Came in Sunday evening and the staff was very friendly and helpful with future recommendations. We ordered three Cheese Steaks including one American, one Mozzarella, and one Philly Cheese Steak. The Philly had predominantly more meat would have liked more meat in the others but the American was the best tasting by far. Next time we’d also ask them to toast the inside of the hoagie on the grill for a few seconds. For a side we had classic crispy fries. Absolutely try their hand-squeezed lemonade! Original was a tad sour but everyone talks about the blue raspberry lemonade and cherry lemonade. The Philly could have fed two people in case you’re someone with a smaller stomach. The place was empty but they had a lot of pickup and delivery orders. Definitely will be back to try the burgers and wings!

The food was pretty decent I got a mushroom Swiss burger the only complaint is the burger was not all that seasoned and the tomato on it was more on the solid side.
The loaded fries however are pretty good just make sure you add some pico.
Also the cashier almost felt like she was rushing a tiny bit like she didn’t wanna be there, but she did bring us our food but their was no friendliness or any kind of “Have a good day” type of deal but all in all for it being 10:00PM not a bad spot to go to for some grub.
My review however is just my opinion feel free to make your own.

Fantastic Customer Service, Birria noodles were great. Manager was extremely knowledgeable about menu items. He was training a young lady who was attentive and heplful.

Customer service from staff was poor. I ordered the “Philly steak cheese meal”. Meat does not taste or look like steak to me. Not the best sandwhich and probably at the lowest end in my opinion. The bread was extremely dry even with mayo, the meat had some flavor that was not good. The meat, onions and peppers were not cooked at order. It taste like it was premade and terrible idea. The sandwhich was not steaming hot and I dined in. The fries are the only thing I can say that pretty good. For this to be a cheese steak place. Smdh. It does not live up to a real cheese steak. Two thumb down. It was a waste of my money and I will never come back to this samdwhich shop. Do NOT RECOMMEND!

I like the mushroom and Swiss but their regular Philly is pretty awesome too. They have lots to choose from and I’ve never had a bad experience, DELICIOUS! Every time I go there, I get a really big Chubby.

The food was terrible. The chicken was old. It was so old you couldn’t even pick the chicken off of the breading. The only thing decent out of my food was the coleslaw.
