We got take out and it was ready on time. We ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, buffalo wings, and a cranberry apple chicken salad with raspberry vinaigrette. The mushroom Swiss burger was phenomenal. The bacon was not too crispy like another reviewer complained about. I really liked it! The wings were tender and not overcooked but I was personally not a fan of the buffalo sauce. It isn’t horrible but not great and I would not order it again but the ranch was very tasty. My husband had the salad and he felt like it was medium. Decent, no major complaints but he didn’t finish it and didn’t take it for lunch today, and he’s really good at eating leftovers. So I’m calling it medium. Nothing was terrible and the burger was crave worthy! I’m terrible at remembering to take photos, so I’m sorry about that.

My husband and I were excited to try a new place in Springville. The burgers and sandwiches are a la carte so if you want a side with your main, be prepared to pay more.
I ordered the Carolina Pulled Pork sandwich and the beer battered fries. My husband got the Pastrami Burger and the Mac and cheese. The sandwich was good overall, I liked the added coleslaw and pickles. The bbq sauce didn’t have much flavor in my opinion so I ended up adding Chubby’s sauce which made it better. I loved the softness of the burger buns. But be prepared for your sandwich to be messy as you eat it. The beer battered fries were very delicious, especially dipped in their ranch! My husband’s pastrami burger was really good. The mac and cheese was disappointing as it seemed like a freezer mac and cheese you could warm up in a microwave. We wanted to try the banana pudding and the Texas sheet cake but both were out, so we settled on the Oreo pudding. The Oreo pudding was good. The cinnamon scones were perfect – I highly recommend them.
I realize it was a busy Friday night but the table we could sit at had previous occupants dirty napkins and leftover containers. When they brought our food, we thought they had forgotten to give us our Oreo pudding. We flagged down a waitress and asked where it was she said in the fridge up front, which was fine. However, nobody told us before that is where it would be so a heads up would have been nice.
Overall our experience was good and I’d like to go back to try more of their menu.

Every visit I have had to Chubby’s has been great. In addition, the mobile ordering has made everything so simple when I am in a hurry. I have tried multiple items on the menu, and have been happy with every choice. It’s my go to spot recommendation for friends when we go out for some comfort food and great atmosphere.

The food is made fresh and tastes amazing. I had their half Cobb salad and eas fairly amazed at the size and quality of ingredients. Only reason for four stars revolves around the chocolate shake with Reeses bites shake i ordered. I assumed the ice-cream would actually be chocolate ice-cream. Instead it was vanilla with chocolate flavoring added to it. I get that this may be a cost saving measure, but I really did expect actual chocolate ice-cream based on what I paid (almost $7). I still ate it, and it was good, but not as good as actual chocolate ice-cream. Should be noted that TCW’s does in fact offer real chocolate ice-cream shakes. If they had a location in Springville I might choose them over Chubby’s.

I love this place and am so glad they opened a location in Springville. I’ve been going to Chubbies for years. This location is brand new, it is super nice inside, the food was amazing as always, the staff was nice, restaurant was clean, this is a restaurant that won’t disappoint. Burgers, sandwiches, sides, fries, desserts, everything is delicious.
