Haven’t been to the one near us in Saratoga Springs, we thought we’d test this one out since were in the area.
It was around 2:00 PM on a Saturday. It was a bit loud with nothing seen to attempt to absorb the noises.
Service was quick and food was hot. Great crunchy fries. I found the Philly cheese steak a bit too salty (my high tolerance of salt bugs my wife so this is high) and the cheese could have been spread better. Overall it was good. The steak was cooked so it wasn’t hard to eat and chewed easily.
She found the chicken ranch sandwich to be a great flavor and hot and recommended.
Plenty of small TV’s around the area so you can see the game on at the time.
The bathrooms were clean and well kept.
I would recommend this place for some good quick food.

Good prices, large restaurant and decent service speed. I didn’t feel like I waited too long for my double cheeseburger and fries. You need to order the beer battered fries over the regular ones. They are way better. Fry sauce is available. Hamburgers were delicious.

Be careful on ordering takeout ahead. Our advanced and detailed order must have confused the workers, or they just don’t pay attention, as they included melted cheese on the one sandwich which we specified NO CHEESE. It was for our only family member who cannot eat cheese. It was his birthday today. It’s a common mistake among other fast food places.

I ordered the special, a turkey sandwich. It was the worst sandwich I have ever had. There was one piece of turkey, some cucumbers, red onion and a lot of wheat bread. Basically, I ate all bread. I could only eat a half as it was so bad.
I expected a much higher quality sandwich than what a 5-year old could make at home. It was so bad I brought the half I had not eaten home to show my husband.
Very disappointed as the place had been so highly recommended.

Bestest joint in the world! I coughs dine here everyday! Taylor is absolutely the best. She is so friendly and does her job exceptionally! Daric has the best attitude while he works. Aftyn is gorgeous and had the best smile. This is family friendly home away from home.

Tried the peanut butter burger…it was very good! The saltiness on the burger and peanut butter, the sweetness of the bacon jam, and the spice of the candied jalapeño complimented each other wonderfully. Mark the assistant manager was very kind, we had a minor error in our order and he fixed it immediately, offering us an extra side as well. We love the relaxed small-town atmosphere too!

By far the best chubbys location. Always got good games on and never had bad service no matter how busy it is. Brandon is the greatest manager I have ever seen at a restaurant. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
