Cold Tossed Pig Ears: I’ve never had this dish before so I don’t know the proper texture but the flavor was good and I enjoyed them.
Signature Sour Bean Fried Rice (not pictured): This is high quality fried rice with flavorful ingredients, complexity of flavor, fresh as appropriate, and tasty pickled green beans.
Winter Melon Tea: An extremely tasty refreshing canned beverage that does NOT taste artificial.

Chicken: Very flavorful & fairly crispy.
Bacon & Quail Egg: This was my favorite – perfectly crispy & flavorful.
King Mushroom: Very flavorful, but I believe they were a little too chewy, even for mushrooms.
Eggplant w Garlic: Not a skewer but it’s in the skewer section. It’s a split open grilled/broiled eggplant & it’s very flavorful with a lovely creamy texture. The only issue I had was that I had to add salt to it.
The service was good and I had no issues with it.
The atmosphere is a bit uncomfortable as it’s not very homey or cozy – it’s very much bright lights with a somewhat alienating modern aesthetic but it’s not the worst. It also just doesn’t have great acoustics. It’s very clean.

Classic Chinese barbecue experience, with lots of cumin on meat and vegetable skewers. I loved the chives, king oyster mushrooms and pork intestines, but I’d skip the sausage the next time. The fried rice is surprisingly very good, and comes with wok hei. The appetizers are standard for Sichuanese fare, with century egg tofu cold dish and cucumber tripes, which I can do or do without. I think the barbecue is definitely fitting for people who are used to tasting a lot of cumin on their food, but may not be for everyone.

Good place if you are craving skewers. They have a lot of options. I’d reorder all the skewers I tried except for rice cake and fish tofu. Pork belly is good, a little too salty, but each piece is too big. Beef is a little too dry. Chicken heart a little too chewy. My favorites are: taiwan sausage (very juicy and a little sweet), chicken (the marinade is good and meat is tender). The honey rice cake in appetizer is way too sweet, I’d not recommend. I have mixed feelings about the rice noodle and quail egg under foil grill. It’s numbing spicy but the seasoning is okay. The noodles is chewy and quail egg is all right. It has bean sprouts and naba cabbage. I probably won’t re-order cuz I would prefer more space for skewers. The restaurant is pretty small.

I stumbled upon this cute little restaurant. I went around lunch time . It was pretty empty. I was greeted nice and was handed a menu . You mark off what want you want . This place specializes in skewers . They had all type of meats , seafood and veggies. Don’t have an entree section but do have side . Everything I had was good and also you can request hot seasoning to your level of taste . I enjoy my lunch . Will be returning back !

Overall I thought the food was very good, and the portions and high quality very fair for the price. With special call out for the roast corn being excellent! It was sweet and had a nice roasted flavor. The goza and the sauce were excellently flavored, and because they were fried not steamed a little oily for my taste.
The skewers were tasty yet, as one other reviewer noted, all seasoned the same, which is something I didn’t expect.
The entire staff is warm, and friendly and service was fast and excellent.

I always order the beacon wrapped enoki mushroom. It’s so good! I also like chicken meat skewer, which is tender and not too dried. You can sprinkle more seasoning like red pepper powder and cumin if you love spicy spicy like me.
This place is small and cozy owned by a small family. Even though they don’t understand and speak English well, but they’re very friendly and attentive.
Everything is good. Except the squid, which is hard and on a chewy side. You need a strong teeth for that lol. I recommended bring some beers to have with your skewers, it’s the best pairing! It’s a good mood.
This place is perfect for anyone who wants to chill with friends and have a yummy small bite snacks.
