The dishes here are quite good. It’s more American style Mexican food which is especially obvious when you try the sauces (which I found disappointing in flavor), but the dishes themselves are well seasoned and a reasonable price. Staff are also friendly at this location.

I got a large breakfast burrito and I could add toppings for no charge. The scrambled eggs with bacon in the burrito were really cheesy and fresh. The service was quick and kind.

The crunchy tacos are a staple for me here in the USA.
I recently stopped into Chronic Tacos and placed an order for two crunchy tacos and they didn’t disappoint.
The taco shells were fresh, crunchy, filled with chicken and other favorable ingredients that satisfied my appetite.
If you’re a fan of crunchy tacos, stop in and give Chronic a try. Staff was friendly, service was quick, food fresh and filling.
The chicken was a little salty, but didn’t take away from the enjoyment of the tacos.

Thanks!

Liked the atmosphere and food that I bought (Ground beef and pork), but my friend bought chicken taco and it was way over salty.
We went there to ask if it was like this and they told it’s orange chicken and it’s supposed to be salty, we have had better orange chicken in other shops, this is bad. Didn’t want to make an issue just shared our feedback and we left.

I want acknowledged at all. Stood at the designated start and no one was in line in front of me and still no eye contact a hello nothing. They seemed rude. I came in at noon on December 19th. I noticed when another person came in who looked well to do they payed special attention to them. Ignorant people that treat others better than someone else because they look like them is very very ignorant and that’s why they get treated the way they do, they aren’t too smart

Love Chronic Irvine takes it to the next level. It’s like a food playground where you get to be the master chef of your own meal. You choose what goes in, what stays out, and they somehow manage to make it taste even better than your wildest dreams. It’s like they have a secret ingredient called “food wizardry.”

And here’s a pro tip: if you’re worried about finding a place to sit and enjoy your culinary masterpiece, fear not! Just do what I do and take it home. That way, you can have a private party with your burrito without any judgmental stares from strangers. Plus, you can wear your stretchy pants and truly indulge in all the burrito goodness.

Oh boy, this thing is a work of art. It’s like the Mona Lisa of burritos. The combination of flavors is mind-blowing. The perfectly cooked grilled shrimp dances harmoniously with the flavorful beans. They’re so big that you might need a forklift to lift them. Okay, maybe not a forklift, but you get the idea. They’re substantial, satisfying, and they’ll keep you fueled for hours. It’s like having a food buddy that never lets you down.

But the real cherry on top of this burrito-filled extravaganza is the staff. Seriously, these guys are the real MVPs. No matter which Love Chronic Irvine location you visit, they’re always in a good mood. I suspect they have a secret stash of happiness hidden in the kitchen. They’re friendly, helpful, and they genuinely care about making your dining experience top-notch. Just be prepared to fall head over heels in love with their food, their customization options, and their amazing staff. It’s a burrito love story waiting to happen.

Update 2022:. I’ve been to taco places 3 times the price – Chronic Tacos still beats them all!
Love this ❤️ place! Sooooo yummy and fresh! My fav is the breakfast taco. It is huge and perfect size for me. Hubby loves their breakfast burrito! The one on Alton and Jeffrey is totally the better one to visit. Friendly staff. Quick, careful service. A real treat!

I’ve been eating at the chronic tacos on Alton and Jeffrey about 3 times a week for the past 10 years. This has become my comfort food and I’m still coming back after all this time. All of the employees are extremely nice and greet me every time I come in for an online order. I’ve also had them for catering a few times and they did wonderfully.

Wonderful people, wonderful food, wonderful everything. Thanks for being there for me!

I usually go here and order in person, but today I decided to try to order online via their app. I was shocked to find that my burrito was missing a few things I ordered, but my son his was also. We both didn’t get cheese. I paid a tip but wished I hadn’t since I didn’t get things on the burrito that I had to pay extra for (sour cream is $0.50). If you go in person, it’s 5 stars, but ordering to go is a bust. Unless all you want is a lot of rice and beans.

Long overdue rating. I have a good story about this place:

I went in with my wife while she was pregnant. I ordered my usual burrito and my wife saw a plate with a few tamales on it. She ordered a tamale. However, it turned out that this was actually the employee’s personal food and she went to the back to go on break. We all had a good laugh over it and my wife ordered a burrito bowl.

When we got to the register, the employee came out on her break and gave my wife a plate with 2 tamales out of her personal stash. Talk about renewing faith in humanity, right?

That’s not why we go back though. We go back because they have a delicious, consistent flavor. Great salsa (they have others beyond the standard green/red – try ghost pepper). Great value for the price too.

Love you guys!
