Some of the rudest people you’ll ever meet, with an owner to match. I am very disappointed, as today i recended my 5star review and am replacing it with this spoiled 1 star. Me and my family have been enjoying their friday fish plates since they’ve opened as regulars. We’ve ingored their bad service for so long but today was the last straw. We ordered 3 fish plates and the lady on the phone was hateful, short, and rude to my family member who is one of the sweetest people youve ever met. Almost had her in tears as shes got alot on her plate. I called and asked that they apologize to her when she picked up the food. Was immediatly met with a loud attitude filled ‘Excuse me?’ I just hung up, knowing christys history of getting an attitude. Ive personally seen the aweful way she treats staff and customers while eatting inside. There was no apology issued and we will NEVER be back. Christy, i sincerely hope you get out of the customer service industry because its clearly not for you. It’s blatantly obvious, you dont care about your customers, or your business.

Had been driving past this place for a while and it always seems busy. Decided to stop in and give it a try for breakfast this morning. Walked in, didn’t get any kind of greeting, had to seat ourselves. No menus at tables, no offer of menu until we asked for menus. We received 1 menu to share, ordered a big breakfast with hash browns, everything was cooked well, tasted fine only complaint with mine was the hash browns were actually mashed tater tots. Wife ordered over medium eggs and fried potatoes, eggs showed up barely over easy and slimy, fried potatoes were not fried almost solid white cubes that didn’t looked cooked well. Maybe they were having a bad day, but food and service were not typical of a hometown country diner experience.

I have known Christy for a very very long time and I have to say her place is magnificent. I got the fish and baked potato and it was absolutely perfect I can’t wait to go back for breakfast some morning cuz I’ve heard it is amazing. Congratulations Christy you’ve always been an excellent cook and I’m very proud of you you’re doing an awesome job.
