The building is very dated, but the dining area is clean. They do have some items stacked in a corner that need to be removed. The dining area should not be a storage area? Our waiter was very friendly, polite, and attentive. Our food was good. However, the egg rolls were a little soggy. The fried rice was a little dry but a very large portion. The fried shrimp is delicious, great batter, same with the fried catfish. Go for the food, not the atmosphere, and you will enjoy it.

A group of us rode in from the Austin area to visit two friends who live in El Campo. Decided to check this place out after all the great reviews. We were not disappointed! Some places have great food, other places have amazing staff. This place has both. Highly recommend. Not fancy on the outside but go through the door to an outstanding meal and friendly staff. I had the grilled red snapper w/ jumbo shrimp, vegetables & rice… It was superb!

What a great place to eat. The food was perfect in every aspect. It wasn’t cold and had big portions. The philly cheesesteak sandwich was great as were the mushrooms, fries, and the salad. My fish was perfect also with just the amount of seasonings. My wife and I will definitely be going back soon.

My husband and I are so happy we found Christine’s as we traveled through on our anniversary trip. We got the seafood platter for two and it was AMAZING! It was fresh and flavorful. The service was quick and friendly. The building was clean. We will definitely stop again.

Great local seafood restaurant. Good service, great seafood, and waitress here was very friendly and attentive getting my order and food out quick. I was impressed with the good seafood selection on the menu. Definitely will come back next time I’m coming through.

I’ve been in El Campo since 11/5 now. This is the best food I’ve found. I wish I would’ve found this place sooner because I leave here on 11/21. Well worth the money (their prices are great). Thank you guys for the flavors.

The Pina colada drinks and frozen regular daiquiris are on point. The lemonade shots are great too. The food portions are large and the customer service is wonderful. I had fun there and will definitely go back. There is a wide variety of food to order from the menu not just seafood. I am so glad I went to this restaurant today. God bless the cook , the food was delicious.

Honest review. 2 adults dine in. Food took around 30min to come out after ordering. Waiter was nice. Came by during lunch hours ordered off lunch menu. Fried stuffed jalapeños were not very good. My bacon wrapped shrimp were burnt. Grilled shrimp were overcooked / rubbery, fried shrimp were ok. Salad and fries was ok. Stuffed crab was gloopy because of the excess stuffing that had clumped together making it inedible. Grilled vegetables had good flavor but were burnt. Fried fish and fried oysters were ok. Would not go back for seafood options. Total was $72 without tip for two lunch meals and 1 appetizer.
