We stopped for lunch at Christie’s, a casual spot that feels perfectly suited for a lakefront setting. The restaurant has a large balcony overlooking the water, giving it a laid-back, summer vibe. Service was very good, and the food did not disappoint. It was fairly busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the atmosphere remained relaxed and enjoyable.
Our table ordered a nice variety of dishes:
• A pulled pork sandwich piled high with barbecue sauce, served with a generous side of crispy golden fries.
• A cheese quesadilla, grilled to a nice crisp and served with sour cream, salsa, lettuce, and fresh tomatoes on the side.
• A burger topped with grilled pineapple and melted cheese, paired with fries, a pickle spear, and raw red onion.
• A fresh grilled chicken salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, and tender strips of chicken breast.
• A hearty chicken wrap, stuffed with lettuce, tomato, and dressing, served with crunchy potato chips and a pickle spear.
Overall, Christie’s offers tasty food in a relaxed setting with great views—an excellent choice for a casual lakefront meal.

We didn’t plan to come here, but we were pleasantly surprised by how great it was! We got 1 cocktail and 1 mocktail, as well as the fish and chips, general tso’s calamari, pulled pork sandwich, chicken sandwich, and a burger. Our server was great and quick to come out with our order. The cod for the fish and chips was much larger than how it might appear, and I was full before i even touched the fries. It’s a great casual dine, and with the patio seats by the water the view was gorgeous during sunset!

You are paying for location. This place is must visit for location. Food portion sizes are affected by “ shrinkflation “. The quality of food is no different from any other businesses in an area. Once seated by hostess ( same girl took our order ), once she took our order, she did not show up even once to check on us, only came over to drop the bill.
I would recommend to visit it for the view: sit on a porch sip your wine and enjoy view of the lake.

Well, it was an experience. Not such a good one but ended better because of our wonderful waitress who must have a medical background. She knew exactly what I needed..big pads of ice on my neck n head as I refused ER visit and suffered from heat exhaustion or stroke. I enjoyed two bites of my hawaian burger..it was delicious, made perfect. Other foods were enjoyed by family, especially the quesadillas n onion rings. Too bad it was cut short. Our waitress helped me to the car which was not easy flanked by my daughter. You can tell she is so strong. I can’t thank her enough. She told me her name but in my fog I forgot but know she is from Slovakia ( was there Wednesday July 30th in afternoon). Thank you Charlie’s for hiring such a good hearted, efficient, empathetic waitress. Please give her a raise she deserves it.

My wife and I stopped at Lake George for an overnight stay on our way to Smugglers Notch. Needless to say we were stunned by how nice the atmosphere is in the village. We looked up a few places to eat and Christie’s on the Lake looked good for the area. We did have to find a hostess to be seated, but once we were our waitress brought us menus and waters. A short while later she returned to get our drink orders and we all decided quickly for food so we put in our order as well. While it seemed like a long wait (partially because we were hungry), the food that came out looked delicious. I ordered the Fried Oyster Po’boy and my wife ordered the Hawaiian Burger. Our oldest daughter ordered the tacos and our youngest ordered the strawberry tacos. Our son got the Kraft Mac n’ Cheese. Overall, the food was delicious. The Po’boy had a spicy sauce that was more mild to medium, but it added good flavor. The food looked fresh. Our waitress did well too. Another guest was I’ll and left 2 messes on the deck and the manager, hostesses, and waitresses all jumped in and got cleaner and cleaned the mess quickly. Our waitress also apologized for the inconvenience and checked on us several times to ensure we were okay. The bartender also checked on us. We’ll definitely be back again at some point and would recommend the restaurant for the food and gorgeous views of the lake.

We stopped in on our latest trip to LG it’s always a fun stop even if for just drinks. Live music was playing on both evenings, friendly bar service and atmosphere. Lakefront patio seating available during serving hours. Restaurant also has upstairs seating and more patio lakefront view. We had some brews and a new menu item, Arancini with crab meat and mozzarella, avocado sauce for dipping. Delish! The second evening we stopped it was past serving hours but the bar tender recommended The Lagoon across the way where we able to order takeout and still enjoy the live music. Win-Win situation. We will be back next trip, it’s on my must stop list every visit!

Best fish and chips in Lake George, wonderful staff and great view. Service is speedy, dog friendly and the poutine is phenomenal. Returning customer three times over, and will be coming back.

Food was OK. The reason they lost points with me is because the waitress was absolutely awful. You are in a vibrant environment where everyone is drinking and having a good time and the waitress had the sense of humor of a dead person. I am very big on the customer service experience because it’s what gets me back at the table. Mich Ultra were $6 a pop and Long Island set me back $12. Great view and great seating but the waitress really didn’t help. Would I return? If I could get a different waitress, MAYBE, but not my first choice for sure.
