Had an appointment setup with Chris and Gerard on 10/19 that was scheduled a week in advance for a wholesale account, when I got there Chris wasn’t there and Gerard wasn’t professional at all, he didn’t greet me thank he escorted me to the conference room and he had me sitting there for 25 minuets than when he finally came back he tried to get rid of me as soon as he can once he found out that I’m not a huge wholesaler like Costco or Whole Foods and the exact words that came out of his mouth that when a company gets big they don’t want to serve small customers anymore which I found that very disrespectful and had me wondering, when a company gets big does that mean they treat small accounts like trash!!
