Just celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday here with the family and I have to say we were really impressed with the food and the service! Food was impeccable and the man waiting on our table was lovely. At the end of the meal, he saw I had a birthday cake for my girlfriend and he offered to take it and bring it back out and it had candles and a sparkler in ❤️ Lovely touch! Nothing was too much for the waiting staff. Really impressed, definitely will come again even though it’s almost an hour’s drive to get there which just shows how much we enjoyed it. Met a friend for dinner after work (no reservations) and we had the early diner set meal. Mixed starters, salt & pepper prawns and sweet & sour chicken for mains with egg fried rice and pineapple fritters with icecream to finish. Everything was delicious! Menu highlights were the chicken and the seaweed starter.
I had an espresso with my pudding too and it was the nicest coffee I’ve had in ages.

Very good food. Service is excellent also. Worth a trip even if you live far away (we travel over 60mins to visit).
The banquet option is worth getting as gives you everything you could want and plenty of food.
The quality of the food is brilliant it all tastes fresh.
Staff are genuinely lovely and happy to have a chat.

Can not recommend this place any higher. 5 stars don’t do it justice. By far the best dining experience I’ve ever had. The food is simply outstanding. Wonderful staff friendly and polite.. They have raised the bar. Can’t wait to dine there again.

Very disappointed. I have eaten here many many times over the years , both dining in and takeout and it has always been excellent , however this time we got a takeout and the food was almost cold when we got home 5 minutes later , and the sauce in the sweet and sour dish was thick and congealing.
I don’t know what has happened but we won’t be eating here again – shame as it used to be so good

18th Dec 24 . Just had a great Festive Lunch and it was great Starters , Hot and sour soup and a main course ( for two ) inc Christmas pudding and brandy sauce all Nicely cooked and presented . A very nice friendly welcome greeted us and the service was ultra friendly this made our visit so a big thanks to all .
