A nice choice if you want a variety of options. The customer service is top notch with the food tasting good but average for the most part. Mysore masala dosa was good and Chole was about okay.
Missed out on the Biryani and Paneer but for sure next time. Good portion size.
Plenty of vegiterian options ranging from North Indian to South India. Will be back to try out other options.

Had a great experience at Chowrastha Indian Food Joint. The food was really good and full of authentic flavors. Everything we ordered was tasty and well prepared. The ambience is pleasant and comfortable, and they offer a wide variety of options on the menu, so there’s something for everyone. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving good Indian food.

Gutti vankayi biryani: disappointed not as great taste as their other restaurant in Virginia (near Herndon) . I expected that taste but it didn’t match

The place is a must visit for authentic indian delicacies. I liked the way they welcomed us, asked us specifically for spice levels for our order. Dal Tadka with Roti is my fav combination while traveling, and I enjoyed it here. Also the place is conveniently located at Deuce Bus stop so one can easily travel from strip.

If you are in Las Vegas and craving authentic South Indian flavors, you have to try this place! We ordered the Mutton Haleem, Goat Fry Biryani, Kaju Paneer, and Gongura Chicken Biryani.
The Haleem was easily the best I’ve had in a long time—absolutely next-level taste! The biryanis and curry were also delicious and full of flavor. Definitely check this spot out if you want a real taste of the South.

Service seems to be off compared to good Indian restaurants. We ordered for a gravy item and ended up with dry item and had to wait for 15 minutes to replace it. Unfortunately our naans are cold by that time which kind of killed our dining experience. And the lady who served the replaced item looks irritated as we have asked for a replacement. Food taste is average and only exception is Mango Lussy. Ambience looks good with an Indian vibe. I really hope they improve on service and customer interaction for any future visits.

Visited Chowrastra recently. The samosa felt frozen and not fresh, so that was a bit disappointing. But the naan and paneer tikka masala were really good — fresh, flavorful, and well-cooked. Overall, mixed experience, but I would come back for the paneer tikka masala and naan!

We had the buffet here and absolutely loved it. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. The food was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic Indian cuisine. Being right on the Vegas Strip, it was also very convenient, and we were able to find parking easily. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great, authentic Indian food in Las Vegas.

We were looking forward to the buffet so hopefully the company changes the advertisement on their front window soon. I already flagged old menus on Google so hopefully thats updated soon.
Im posting new menu prices. The butter nann is now the same price of regular which is good. Never seen an Indian restaurant be stingy and charge more for butter. Didnt pay attention to other price changes.
For the buffet i understand the price hike the way many of us eat. You know who you are!
For my fellow hot spice intolerant eaters this food is authentic so ask for MILD.
We got there right at opening and glad we did bc the restaurant was full with in 20 minutes!
Food was freshly cooked, hot and delicious, staff were nice and attentive. Restaurant was nice and clean including bathroom where I strongly judge a place.
Location is across the street from the convention center and Mandalay Bay. Plenty of free parking behind building.
Glad this place opened since we lost the Indian place on the strip. Hope they keep the buffet, look forward to trying that next time we are in town.
