I’ve been away from the Philippines for 3 years now and ị was craving for Chowking. My husband and I decided to dine in. The foods I was expecting wasn’t on the menu. Very few selection of foods. And we had their beef wonton which was very salty, the wonton itself was totally disgusting! The amount of toppings was very little, I could hardly recognize there’s even a veggies in it. ♀️ Even their siopao was too wet. Their foods was just nasty! All of ‘em has an aftertaste. The money we spent was not worth it at all!!! I wonder why there’s not much people. The place was so dead! What a terrible experience. ♀️

Chow King. One of our Fav’s for a quick bite to eat of the foods we enjoy the most. Phillipinno “silog’s” , extra crispy fried chicken, egg rolls and of course most importantly, siomai. Delicious! We visit the restaurant located in South San Francisco. It gets busy there because it’s popularity and location at a popular strip mall. But there’s plenty of seating inside. The service is courteous and professional. We are always greeted with smiles. Check these pics out..

My favorite soup from the Philippines now in Daly City . No need to travel 9999miles just 2planes and 8hrs of flight from Florida.. and presto insta bowl of beef soup with wontons and real noodles. The shop is several months new and the staff is friendly !! The flavor from the beef soup brings me right back to the Philippines.!! Totally recommend it. #jaxlocalvibes

Mostly come here to buy the frozen siopao and the taho. I love the convenience of just throwing the siopao in the microwave covered by a wet paper towel and I’m good to go. Add the siopao sauce and you’re golden.
