Basically, I’m a food lover and I love eating at this Chow king store location, not only because of the superb choices of authentic Chinese food but the excellent customer assistance that I consistently receive from the two of our all time favorites PRECY & JERLYN. From the minute that you come in to making a choice of orders, through to the payment of what you have ordered and when you are about to leave, these 2 gracious ladies in the counter that are always ready to greet & bid goodbye as if you are their family. We usually come to this Chow King location when we visit my wife’s aunt in Pacifica. My son loves to eat taho (basically silkened tofu with some sago “boba like balls, but softer and not so chewy” and brown sugar syrup), so we usually come here to purchase that. Sometimes, like today we also purchased some siopao (pork buns) for an additional snack. The food is pretty consistent compared to other Chow King locations. We came kind of late to Chow King (~7pm), so it’s hit or miss on the availability of taho as they usually sell out that late in the day. They did have the 4 servings of taho that we ordered, but they must have been low on the sago as they were skimping a little with the sago. The siopao was delicious as usual, but we were a little bummed that they forgot to include the delicious sauce for the siopao. Staff is usually very nice at this location. Usually the wait for the food is fairly fast. Hoping to have a better experience next time.

The best service for the first time ever. I came to these almost every week. Jerilyn and precipice is the best cashier. She is very responsive, respectful and very kind talking to the customers.
