I’d say for a $10 lunch, this is legit! A friend recommended I try the fried fish so against my better judgement, I did and I was pleasantly surprised! It took a few minutes but I didn’t mind because they cooked it fresh. My fries and fish were still crunchy after I walked back to my desk and I didn’t even realize it came with a salad!

So if you need a quick lunch, I’d definitely recommend. They also have the Chinese food on the line so it’s even quicker!

The service here is great. The owners are on site and they are so friendly. In fact the owners cook most of the food. The other staff are great as well. The problem with the place is the food is just okay. The Sensazn salad is $6.50 and then an additional $2.50 for chicken. This is not a horrible price for a downtown eatery. The sides that I chose were, again, just okay. Out of all of the sides I ate the brussel sprouts were the best. The broccoli was well seasoned, the green beans had a little kick to them and they were okay, the bok choy was good, but the brussel sprouts were really really good. They do have a breakfast menu that I plan to check out I plan to get the omelet in fact.

The owner was so kind. The food was soo good and well seasoned. We baught the fried fish plate with shrimp fried rice. Omg so much flavor and fish cooked to order and it’s wild caught! Not that farm raised fish! Would definitely recommend for weekday lunch spot!

After seeing a write up in the 225 about this place, I decided to try it. Chow Main does not disappoint. He has reinvented the bahn mi sandwich with the Pickled Saigon Piggy sandwich. It is warm and savory with the right amount of umami balance. Definitely will be a new lunch staple for the downtown crowd. Also, great service—they were slammed and the owner still took the time to recommend and explain his favorite dish to me.

Been wanting to try this place for forever! I hate to do them like this because they had excellent customer service but the food could be better, then again maybe that’s partly because I got there when they were almost closing.

If you are looking for something out of the ordinary but don’t want toempty yout pockets this is is the place. It is a modern twist on traditional Chinese fare. Portions are huge. Service is extra friendly, the go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your experience. The decor is fun too. Full of flavor and several health choices. Great for vegans and vegetarians. Check it out now!

This place is great. Rarely am I comfortable ordering anything on a menu, but I honestly can’t wait to try everything on this menu. The Daosi Gravy fries and the Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup are fire. Great customer service and short wait. So glad this place is now open at night!! Get here. It won’t disappoint.

My fiance and I met up here for lunch to try they’re new menu featuring Asian sandwiches and loaded fries and wow was it delicious! The French bread they get from a new orleans bakery and it was perfect! The Choo Choo’s Hot fries (pictured) were sooooo good! Asian buffalo chicken with kimchi! The Sappari Senpai was also delicious and reminded me of an Asian inspired shrimp poboy. Everything had great bold Asian flavors! We will definitely go back to try the other sandwiches!

And WOW! At first glance I thought it was going to be a version of Panda Express (ick) but low and behold, this place is a Gem!!! If I lived downtown I would be eating at this place weekly. I highly recommend this place!

The food is good. For the prices they are charging, the portion sizes are generous.
I had the catfish plate. 3 strips of extremely fresh, flaky deep fried catfish and a side of the fried rice with a soda for 11$?

That’s a great price. And the fish was great and fried rice was also good.
If you’re looking to try stuff that you can mix and match with different combinations : American and Asian foods on the food plate, this is definitely something to try.

The staff is really friendly and the owners are also on site. Makes me feel valued as a customer.
