Widely beautiful and diverse arrangements of pastry options. We stopped in on a very busy Valentine’s Day (as to be expected) and ordered savory pastries.

Despite being heat up for us, both our orders were cold on the inside (mushroom cheese). Still delicious, but the cold, hard cheese would be 10x better warmed up.

The layout of the space also leaves a lot to be desired – a couple small, low tables with tiny chairs are placed at the front. The line queues all the way out the front door and creates a cluster of people around the tables leading to a tight and uncomfortable atmosphere.

Love this little funky corner of paradise!

The crew there knows what to do with butter, flour, and imagination. Every day is a new temptation. The staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, and the vinyl collection is eclectic.
It’s a great place to sit, have a coffee, and bliss out with your taste buds.
I recommend the cruffins, the savory croissants, the sweet croissants….. you know what, I don’t think you will be able to walk away from there without something tasty, no matter your craving.
They also do pizza by the slice in the afternoon and evening.
For me, it’s 10 out of 10 every time I stop. I stop every time I’m in town.

I ordered a birthday cake from here recently and guys, this has to be said. It was soooooooo dense, it was so heavy, I should’ve weighed it, but my guess is 20 pounds. It was moist, but somehow crumbled when sliced. The buttercream was mid. The lemon curd was the best part and the part I ate. I will not be ordering another cake from here. Why? Because it was the opposite of light and fluffy. The taste was out played by the dense nature of it. The cake was a 3 out of 5 stars. Disappointing 🙁

Luckily I remembered I paid and didn’t ask anyone to pick it up for me because they asked me to pay for it again (80+ bucks). They quickly realized their mistake though when I said I paid for it.

The pastries and cookies were outstanding 5 out of 5 stars, so I would go back for other baked goods, just not cake. In the words of George W, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice….Well….you’re just not gonna fool me again”.

Great coffee and great pastries! Too many to choose from but I ended up getting some cookies. Chocolate chip, banana bread chocolate chip cherries (which was amazing), and a snickerdoodle. Definitely need to go back and try the rest. Not much seating inside the shop but plenty of outdoor seating. They also didn’t have bathroom onsite it’s located across the street.

I feel in love with them immediately. I have been searching for a quality French bakery since I moved to Everett and this one doesn’t disappoint. I had the goat cheese beet croissant. It was spectacular. I will be going back a lot.

My partner is German and when he came to the US I recommended this place as it was most similar to what breads and pastries they offer in Europe. He loved the croissants. Only downside is the space for sitting inside is very limited. I’ve been coming to this place for years and the food is great!

I’ve visited Everett often but could never find a bakery that met my high standards. This time, I thought I’d just take a look as I passed by, but the modern yet classic interior drew me in, and I ended up walking into the bakery.

The smell of freshly baked bread and the warm greeting from the owner made me realize I was already selecting various baked goods before I knew it.

The place was so clean and well-maintained that I thought it was newly opened, but I was surprised to learn it’s been around for about eight years (as of 2024). You can immediately tell how much effort the owner puts into keeping the shop spotless and organized. I also appreciated that the bread here isn’t overly sweet, and they offer some unique items I hadn’t seen elsewhere. This is definitely a bakery I’d visit often if I lived nearby. I heard their pizza is also delicious, though I didn’t get the chance to try it this time.

Here’s a detailed review of this bakery:

– Service: The service here is excellent, with the owner being exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

– Price: The prices are reasonable, especially considering the gourmet quality of their pastries, cookies, and pizzas. However, the coffee could use a bit more depth and richness in flavor.

– Food: The pastries are delicious and pleasantly not too sweet, which I prefer. Just be sure to enjoy them soon, as they tend to dry out quickly.

– Ambiance: Cute and lovely! There’s a small indoor seating area and some outdoor seating, but the bakery primarily caters to take-out customers.

– Parking: While parking is available, the lot tends to fill up quickly. Nonetheless, finding a spot was manageable, and it’s free of charge.

After our dance practice, I was craving a snack, so I did some research and stumbled upon this beautiful bakery nearby! There were several options to choose from, but I ended up trying the corn sandwich (I love corn, so it caught my eye!), the spinach sandwich, and a delicious blueberry cake. I can’t recall the exact names of the dishes, but they were all so enjoyable to eat on the go! Definitely worth a try if you’re in the North Seattle area.

We like to start with the food as it is the main reason you go. We have to go with a sliding scale of 3.5 to 5 across the four of us who tried it together. The “pig in a blanket” had great flavor with a little bit of a spicy kick but was dry. The mushroom gouda tart was delicious, the raspberry muffin was “better than most”. We still have a lemon blueberry poppy muffin, ham and cheese croissant and more to try, so maybe this review will be updated later. Sadly the croissant dough had a problem so no chocolate ones to try, but there is a twice baked almond one I would like to try in the future. The staff wasn’t awake and thought my stepdaughter ordered the same oat milk mocha twice (weird?), which was tolerable but not so good (then again I really don’t care for oat milk). But I do give them props for having every dairy and dairy alternative available, if you want coffee or chai this is a good spot. The place did feel like a true French cafe with the record player working and a huge selection, the small business feel with everyone’s business cards up for you to view and take if interested.
