Amazing vegan options!! Both of their vegan tacos and bowls were delicious, staff is amazing and so kind as well. We got the homemade guava drink too and it was the best thing I’ve ever had!! My boyfriend and I have came here about 3 times since they opened a food cart near us about 1-2 weeks ago. MUST TRY!

Went to the Cart @ Xplore location and tried this place for the first time. We were torn, between this place and Pollo Aguilars, according to google this has better reviews.
A nice woman helped me. I got pastor, chile verde, and asada tacos.
First of all, the experience was amazing. Super nice and warm greet. Got the food to go. When I got home I tried the pastor and chile verde taco first.
I knew immediately after the first bite, I had to jump on to leave a review. It’s the type of perfect ratios of meat, topping and tortilla where you don’t need like or salsa to add.
Highly would recommend again!

Chorizo Hub is our families favorite place for Mexican food! High quality, good for you, and delicious!! They make everything fresh with the highest quality ingredients. The chorizo tostadas and El Pastor tacos are our favs! This is not your average chorizo, this is scratch made and so many yummy varieties to choose from!

Really good chorizo that’s made in house! I tried both the chicken and pork and the pork was my favorite. The owner said they work with certain farms and the lid was certified compostable! Love an ethical business with such personal touch. ☺️

Crystal is AMAZING! I wanted the vegan rice bowl, but was hesitant due to the spice. She was incredibly friendly, and gave me options and substitutes to my liking. The bowl was amazing and the hospitality was even better!

I loved my vegan bowl at Chorizo Hub Rice Bowls. The ingredients were high quality, fresh, and I loved that it wasn’t saturated with oil. It hit the spot for me! I also recommend their Jamaica (Hibiscus Tea) which was so yummy with fresh strawberry pulp! I also to met the owner which was so kind and he told me they do their best to get most of their products locally. Support local and go check them out! ❤️

I had the chicken dish at Chorizo Hub, and it was amazing! The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors with the rice, avocado, and Mexican crema was spot on.
