This review is based off my first visit. 5 out of 5. I was saying, “Bye to Hello Bistro” until today. My order was wrong. Ordered the Greek salad, no chickpeas, no pita chips, add avocado. Missing grape tomatoes, I could count the pieces of chicken, and the olives and feta cheese were scarce. See photo. The avocado pieces were too chunky for my liking. I was very disappointed especially since last Saturday’s salad was FIRE. I mean, a party in my mouth. Today, $17.00 down the drain. Maybe I should stick to Saturday afternoons at Chopt because they didn’t feel like working today (2/20).

Excited to have a Chop It, in the neighborhood. A little disappointed that the salad bowl was not filled more. Barely any chicken on the chicken wrap. Delivery was on time. The wrap and salad were freshly made. They were very generous with the dressing on the salad as you can see from the pics. A little too much. For $48 dollars I was expecting to have a full salad bowl. Very flavorful.

I recently had not the best experience at this location- however I will save the negative reviews and commend how well Millie was able to rectify the issue. We need more leaders like her and Chopt is very lucky to have her. Just her listening to my issue and doing her best to make it right as well as her kindness and empathy it was more than enough. Today I want to Chopt and had one of the worst salads. I ordered the crispy chicken salad with ranch and balsamic vinaigrette. As soon as I opened the container, I knew something was wrong. The overwhelming smell of straight vinegar. I took one bite and that’s all I could taste. When I got home I put it on a plate to see if maybe just to top was covered but no. My salad was also literally drowning in dressing. Besides that there were only 5 small pieces of chicken. It was so inedible that I had to throw the whole thing away. I had been very excited to give this place a try, even going out of my way to go there. This was beyond disappointing.

This was my 2nd time. Both times a kind associate offered to help navigate the ordering process. Both times I declined. This time I should have accepted. When my order was brought out, apparently, I only ordered one dish, I thought I had ordered two. The gentleman who brought the food quickly checked my ticket, asked what else I had ordered, then told me to sit tight, he’d have it right out. I told him it was my mistake, I should have taken his help in the beginning, and I offered to go back and place the order from the kiosk. He said absolutely not, he’d take care of it. He was wonderful, I believe his name was David. I was at the Woodmere store. Your food is awesome, atmosphere wonderful, and your staff EXCEPTIONAL!

Fresh ingredients, but the service is always great. Someone always comes to our table to ask whether we are enjoying our meal and whether there is something that we might enjoy better. The amount of Peruvian slaw wasn’t as abundant as expected, but I mentioned that to the server and they agreed to note it. It’s always clean and the music is fun.

I don’t like leaving reviews (especially if my experience was bad), but this warranted a review. This was our second time at Chopt. Service and atmosphere are good, but the cleanliness is abysmal. I took one bite of my wrap and found this in my food. They’re bug wings…. I’m not sure what their protocol is for cleaning produce, but whatever it is does not work and needs to be reevaluated.

First time trying Chopt at the Woodmere, OH location wasn’t the best experience. I went around 12:45pm on a Monday with somewhat of a lunchtime rush, but nothing too crazy. The “warm” chicken bowl I ordered was underwhelming and served COLD!! Plus, the few pieces of chicken placed in the bowl were the size of peanuts, barely noticeable.
The shrimp I added in was my meals saving grace. They could’ve also been more generous with the servings for the $19 they charged.
Glad I tried it, but now I know not to return.

I had no idea what to expect but very pleasantly surprised. The ordering was easy, the food came out relatively quickly and very tasty! I would recommend it highly…I know I’ll be back.

Great healthy food!! I have tried several warm bowls and salads they’ve all been delicious!! Loaded with veggies and grains. They have a variety of delicious salad dressings and sauces. Very tasty. The staff is always kind and respectful. The dine-in area is clean and they have everything you need stocked and available by the drink station. I highly recommend Chopt at Eton.
