My experience at this establishment was exceptional in every aspect. The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing, and the premises were impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful design and the opportunity to observe the food preparation process. Mike personally introduced himself and was incredibly helpful, along with Jovan who was equally welcoming and attentive. Both went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The food itself was remarkably fresh and delicious, making this my new favorite restaurant in Savannah. I highly recommend Chopt to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience.

Chopt decided they wanted to “extend” the freshness of their baked goods. Be sure to check the expiry on everything. Then again they might just replace the sticker instead of covering it up moving forward. Totally disappointed. ☹️

Great atmosphere. Everyone was very kind, not super impressed with the chopping lol. I’m used to the DC areas Chopt where they chop everything! Not just the salad, regardless the food was great. Add extra dressing as a menu item please, it’s makes no sense for ppl to not be able to make that adjustment. Plus for management to pretend they are doing you a favor by giving another. Believe me I didn’t not mind paying for another dressing.

I use to eat at Chopt weekly in the DC area so when I heard Savannah was getting a location I was excited. But when I walked it i noticed the change in the setup and do not like it at all. You order on kiosks, and they prepare the meal behind a glass window, and you pickup your food in a numbered box. It felt like a walking drive thru. No interaction with the staff at all.
As for the salad, it is much smaller container than i’m use to. The chicken was dry and overcooked.
I will not be back and can’t recommend it because it isnt what im use to.

I’ve ordered take out from here on several occasions and each time the food quality seems to get a little worse. Today I ordered the Santa Fe salad with grilled steak. What I received was essentially a big bowl of lettuce with a few pieces of corn and some shallots, which were all in the bottom of the bowl. The steak, which I had them put on the side, was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. It couldn’t have been more than 1 oz. The protein portion would have been fine if this was a $10 salad. But if I’m paying approximately $18 for a salad, to go, I expect it to have a little protein and at least what is advertised (140 cal of steak = ~3 oz). In addition, half of the lettuce was brown and the cucumbers I requested were missing entirely.
Very disappointed that this restaurant is going in this direction after such an amazing start. Hope they are able to fix the issues before it’s too late.

My warm salmon bowl was pretty good. My mother ordered a wrap literally 30 seconds after I ordered. My food came out pretty quick while her took for ever. I was almost finished with my food before hers arrived.
You must order at a kiosk. When she ordered her wrap she didn’t want avocados. We found no way to remove any unwanted items from the wrap. She had to type in no avocado under special instructions. Her wrap had avocado in it. She also ordered here like I did. Hers came in a bag while mine had a tray. The employee stated they were out of trays. It didn’t seam that busy at 430 pm on a Friday.
You can see into the kitchen and the staff didn’t show no sense of purpose. All walked slowly around casually working. That explains the delay in the food and I saw another employee come up front with two stacks of trays.
Ill come back. Hopefully just a weird day.

First time at Chopt and it was great. We are in town for a week and we will be back. Great fresh wraps and salads perfect for the hot summer day. Robert was great help and super friendly. The menu had plenty of options for our family of 4.

Been really nice so far as I’ve come here twice! The menu variety is unique, and it feels “spiffy” to order from a touchscreen as is common in other countries. Their staff have been really friendly and no sour attitude like in other restaurants.
The seating space is nice, too, with good aesthetics and plenty of tables under “hip” music.
It’s like Chipotle but trendier and more chill.
