My Chili Lime Caesar Salad, Spicy Chicken Soup & Santa Fe Wrap were the most amazingly fresh and filling meals since never!!! My salad and food were so fresh and delicious, it let me know that I’ve never had a salad before. Everything else was just grass and tree leaves. Lol! Portion sizes are amazing. But, why I gave them a 4 is because the size of chocolate chip & oatmeal raisin cookies and chocolate brownie were preposterous. Think Tiny Tim y’all! Insane. Y’all gonna have to go back to the drawing board on those snack sizes. Just take them off the menu until you make them bigger cuz it wasn’t worth the price at all! Now, I did love how the chocolate in the brownie had a raspberry taste in it. But, I would never order cookies or brownies from you again. I felt insulted. But, the food and how well the food was packaged is top tier! I never heard of this restaurant before. Found them on Grub Hub. But you must try the food here. It’s amazing.

This was my second time having Chopt — my first was at LaGuardia Airport, and this time I dined at the location inside Toco Hill Plaza. I must say, my warm bowl salad was just as delicious as the first time I tried it.
The service was quick and smooth when placing my order to dine in. One thing I did notice was that the indoor tables could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness. On the plus side, there’s also outdoor seating on the patio if you prefer a fresh-air experience.
Overall, still a solid and tasty meal!

I love this Chopt location! The salads are always fresh, flavorful, and customizable, and the service is consistently good. Tiffany made my salad and did an amazing job—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It honestly made the whole experience better. Highly recommend stopping by!

This is my second time coming to this location and my order being screwed up. I’m getting sick of spending money just for my own food not to come out right. I ordered the steak bowl and I added the fried chicken. I come back to the office to eat my lunch and the chicken isn’t in there. Why do I keep spending my hard earned money and then I don’t get the thing that I asked for. I’m not sure what’s so hard in making the orders especially when I get there before the lunch rush and there’s nobody in the facility. Why is my order constantly getting screwed up?

Really is a 4 1/2 star. Great spot for a salad or salad(rice) bowl. Selection, portion size and freshness are excellent. Very friendly and efficient staff. Restaurant atmosphere is open and modern with some outdoor seating. Only down size is the price is a little steep and drink station, all drinks appear to be weak. We tried the teas and lemonade. Parking can be challenging in the shopping center.

The greeting from the staff was underwhelming. No smiles from staff so I’m not sure if they wanted to be there. It was my first visit to a Chopt and although the salad was decent a smile goes a long way. ✨️ The chicken I received tasted bad.Also it appears that the people who prepare and add the toppings also touch tablets to check you out. Then go back to helping others at the toppings , they never change gloves. Once you touch something other than food you should change gloves.
On my 2nd visit I ordered to go and I was greeted and there were no issues. The only thing I would like is a little more portions in the toppings. You should be able to taste your toppings in every bite. Won’t likely be back though.

Had a good experience here. The place has good selections, including some warm options as well. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. The salad (Mexicali Veggie), tatsed really good.
We also took their tomato basil soup, but it wasn’t hot at all and was a bummer.
They are currently cashless, have safety screens and not allowing dine in, except on their couple of patio chairs and tables.
We will be visiting this location again.

This location is the best!! The staff is a 10/10, especially Tiffany. Its very clean here. Some of the other Chopt locations do not want to interact with the customers. They want you to order your salad at the kiosk and keep it moving. I hope this place dont get the kiosk because of that.
