We love coming here. The service is good and fast. The ordering system is very efficient. The food is fresh and has good quality. I would only make the seats a bit more comfortable.

Staff named Cash was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Everything came out quickly and as expected, except the steak was a bit chewy. Wish the ordering process were simpler, like choosing what you like from a bar, not from a tablet. Bathrooms were clean.

So I am 6 days in from Indianapolis Indiana and was looking for a place to get me a good salad. As I entered the Store Manager Cash instantly asked if I was picking up or doing 2 go. Directed me to kiosk for to go. The place was so clean, very very good energy in the atmosphere. Then while finalizing my order she came order 2 assist me with the questions I had. This was our first time to any CHOPTs, and the minute we walked in, Shauny greeted us with an amazing spirit of kindness and hospitality !! From beginning to end ! While at the kiosk, I accidentally dropped my $40. in cash, and walking to the restroom, she honestly brought it to me ! This is the 1st time eating at Chopt. I got tired of greasy fast food and I wanted soup and salad. I ate a chicken tinga warm bowl with cauliflower and a chicken soup. Both tangy, tasty and they still came out pretty quickly. Andres and Ricardo were diligent and pleasant. I was very pleased and will return in future.

Ricardo makes my salad almost every time I go in, which is becoming nearly once a week, and he does an amazing job without the salad being drowned or mushy. Highly recommend this location
