Love the employee vibe. Very attentive. Made to order (I dropped the blue cheese and added Parmesan) Classic Cobb Salad. Added a small order of Spicy Chicken Soup. The salad was a generous portion. I wish that I could have ordered a smaller portion. Anyway, ordering and pick-up are very efficient. Salad was a fair mix of lettuce and fixings. The chicken soup was spicy, as advertised. I highly recommend CHOPT.

Our first time at Chopt was a great experience! I won free salad coupons years ago on Chopt social media and never used them. They didn’t have expiration date, so while we were in the area I decided to try it. I asked ahead of time to be sure the would accept them, especially two at a time and the manager was very nice and let us go ahead and use them. The salad creator who helped us was very friendly and helpful in her recommendations. I decided on the Cobb salad which was delicious! I do want to try the Mexican Caesar salad next time, but glad I tried the Cobb salad today. My husband chose the Apple Orchard Salad and he really enjoyed it as well. We both really loved the bread that came with the salads! Overall great experience, definitely recommend. Very nice restaurant and service!

Great spot. The atmosphere is always upbeat and the whole crew is smiling and welcoming as soon as you walk in. About a year ago, I posted a very positive review of this location, as my experiences at the time were consistently excellent. Unfortunately, the quality and professionalism have deteriorated significantly since then. I have encountered repeated errors with order preparation, along with behavior that comes across as unprofessional and immature. Quite frankly, I am shocked by how quickly this location has gone downhill.
Customers should feel welcomed and confident that their order will be prepared accurately and with care. Anything short of that standard undermines the customer experience and warrants immediate corrective action. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the level of service that once made this location stand out.

Katie was my server and I was extremely pleased with her mannerisms, knowledge of my Chicken Tinga ingredients, recommended brown rice since they were out of greens (and her enjoyment with the rice), chopped up the entire meal very well, and was just very pleasant the whole time. I believe she said she had just started and, while she appeared to be pretty young, she was great!
