Stopped in to try one of their salads. My wife and I both enjoyed our lunch. It was a little pricey for what it was, but everything was fresh and the place was immaculate.
The staff was very friendly and gave many suggestions from their menu with a smile. Unfortunately, we don’t live close to this location. But hopefully one will come to Wake forest soon.

Chopt is OPEN after the Chantal storm! I love this place. I have my go-to custom salad that is great, and my sister orders from their featured offerings and always loves them. They are now offering salmon and steak and burrata add-ons and the place is always perfectly clean and everything is fresh! I’m a vegetarian and there are plenty of choices. The staff is friendly and great, especially Tasha at the cash register who always has a smile.

My wife and I stopped here on a whim as we are trying to eat more salad and this seemed like a good place as we were traveling through chapel hill. We both got wraps and their soups and I must say that mine was one of the best I have had. The chicken tinga was flavorful and juicy and was loaded with veggies and sauces I love. My spicy chicken soup was also fantastic and I spent most of my time trying to figure out all of its components because it was just that good. Only demerit is that the decor is fairly basic and reminiscent of a lot of fast casual dining experiences – but the facility was clean and had plenty of seating. Will be looking to stop by again next time we are in the area!

This Chopt is awesome! I take my lunch break here almost every Saturday, and it is always fresh, delicious, and filling. I love the shrimp spring roll salad, and I’m SUPER picky about shrimp. They are always so fresh and yummy! Also, the employees are so friendly and professional, especially Trinity – she is literally the best!! I can be having the most stressful day at work ever, and she always puts a smile on my face!
