I love the salad from here! this is my go to store i love the atmosphere it is very bright and clean:) also the location is super convenient there’s multiple stores around here.
The customer service here is always great when i come in i always feel welcomed!

Chopt (in Rockville/Bethesda) is always one of my favorite quick stops – so I stopped at this location to grab lunch.
Super disappointed:
1. Ingredients were not chopped into regular size – big chunks
2. Salad was not mixed well at all. Most of the ingredients were stuck in the middle with a base and top of greens – heavy on the lettuce, light on everything else. Salad was super bland.
3. Customer service was lacking:
a. I was never asked if it was for eat in or to go. Everything was put in a to go bowl.
b. Never asked if I wanted candied pecans mixed in, got a container with 4 pecan pieces eith my salad.
c. Was only spoken to in spanish. I speak Spanish so it was fine but I did not appreciate the tone and being talked at aggressively.
d. Team needs training on overall customer service.
Location was clean and spacious.

Fresh, fast, and flavorful! Chopt in Fairfax Virginia on Main Street is a great place for custom salads and warm bowls with a wide variety of fresh toppings and dressings. Service is quick, portions are generous, and everything tastes great. The only downside is they limit the number of included toppings and extras cost more, which can add up quickly. Still, a solid choice for a healthy meal!

Never had a problem the past few years here. But this year past few orders has been real bad experience. Things I had asked to be packed separately are all mixed in, missing ingredients that I had to pay extra for. One time told the staff that something I asked to be packed for separately wasn’t there and she said it’s all mixed in there and can’t give me extra. I’m not even asking for extra, I’m questioning something I dont see there. She didn’t apologize for the error, fine. But she acted like I was at fault too and very condescending way.
Not like the shop is ever packed with people or orders. Not sure what’s wrong with them to keep messing up orders. The whole staff need to go through reevaluation and replaced.

Chopt is my absolute favorite place for a healthy and delicious meal. The salads are always so fresh, and I love that I can customize my order with their huge variety of ingredients and incredible dressings. What truly makes this location stand out is the amazing service. A huge shout-out to Sharika for her great staffing! She’s always so friendly, efficient, and makes the whole ordering process a fantastic experience. Her positive energy is contagious and it’s a major reason I keep coming back.
The food is excellent, and the service is even better. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

I’ve never had any issues with this place, but I’m honestly really disappointed. I tried to go inside to order something quick and turns out they closed way before closing time (they close at 9PM and had locked up by 8:30PM). The guy there saw me and motioned for me to leave. I’ll still give chopt another chance, but I did not enjoy this experience.

I came in today and wash handled by the nicest and most gracious team member, “Claudia”. She was so patient with me as I was making my selection. Very friendly, she continued to talk to me as she was working, and I appreciated every second of it. So many people are busy in 2025, so to have a nice conversation today was a most welcome addition to my evening. Thank you, “Claudia” for a job well done!
