I had a great first experience at Chopt in Towson, MD! I’ve heard of this place but never ate here prior to today. Great selection of proteins, toppings and so many salad dressing options. The staff Zahara, Willmer and Fatima were very pleasant and exuded amazing customer service. Zahara was my server and was patient when I asked questions about menu selections. I even tried a couple salad dressings before choosing Mexican Caesar! Very friendly staff and gave honest opinions about the drinks (I mixed the hibiscus, lemonade and tea for a really nice concoction) and swapping shrimp to grilled chicken for the Shrimp Spring Roll Salad menu option. I would definitely come back. If I lived here, I’d be a regular but just visiting. Thank you store 283! A great experience from the moment I stepped inside the restaurant.

Chopt never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made just how I like it. The employees are genuinely friendly — they greet you with a smile and are always helpful when you have questions or need suggestions. You can tell they care about the customer experience. I appreciate how curious and attentive the staff is — it really makes the visit feel personal. Definitely one of my favorite places for a healthy, satisfying meal!

I really want to Thank Brenda for taking the time out to correct an order that I placed through door dash that was incorrect. When I walked into to store and shared what the issue was she quickly rectified it by personally making my bowl.

If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the variety on the menu is amazing. The Cajun shrimp is one of my absolute favorites!
The staff here are the best always cheerful, kind, and welcoming. You can tell they really enjoy what they do, and it shows in the service. Ordering is quick and easy, and they’re incredibly accommodating. I even had them cater for my office, and when I had to make a last-minute change, they handled it without any issues at all.
From the workers to the manager, everyone here is wonderful. Great food, great service, and great people it’s truly one of my favorite places to eat!

I stopped at Chopt to get late lunch on 11-18. As soon as I stepped into the store Brenda spoke very warmly to me. Brenda proceeded to ask if she could help me to decide. I told her what I wanted and she made it to order. Brenda, Rayne and Coral were very cordial. I had a wonderful experience especially with it being my first time. I will return very soon. Very clean and positive atmosphere.

I went to Chopt today and had such a great experience! Brenda helped me with my order and she was so kind, patient, and friendly that I actually came back later the same day with my mom. When we came back, Brielle helped my mom and gave us another amazing experience. Both of them made us feel so welcomed definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.
