Thank you Hector!

If I were to treat Chop’t as a place that doesn’t have chicken as topping, I would give it a 4. But at some point, I might as well make my own salad.
For reference, my recent order totaled $19 (including a lemonade), yet the portion size did not reflect that price point. The value proposition feels significantly different than it did in the past.
This trend of reduced portions alongside rising prices is becoming increasingly common across fast-casual restaurants, but it is particularly noticeable here. If pricing adjustments are necessary, consistency and transparency in portion standards are equally important.
I hope management reviews portion control and pricing alignment to ensure customers feel they are receiving fair value for their purchase.
They’ve returned the clear salad bowls to the regular size, so I’ll return my rating to the original state.
Update 1/3/18:
They shrunk the bowls by 60% and kept the price the same. Today’s my last visit until they return to the original bowl size.

I had the Mexican Cesar Salad and replaced the tortillas with croutons. Added a mixture of the balsamic vinegar sauce with the hot n honey sauce. Very yummy! The only criticism I have is that I wish the meat-to-salad ratio was a little better.
