CHOPT Salad in New Hyde Park is consistently excellent and one of my favorite go-to spots for a fresh, healthy meal. The quality of the ingredients really stands out — everything is always crisp, fresh, and well-prepared. You can tell they take pride in maintaining high standards, which makes a big difference. The menu offers a great variety of options, from classic salads to more creative combinations, and the ability to customize makes it easy to get exactly what you want. Portions are generous, proteins are well-seasoned, and the dressings are flavorful without being overwhelming. It’s one of the few places where eating healthy still feels filling and satisfying. My favorite go-to is Chicken Tinga which is always fresh & right to the healthy meal. Moreover; The staff at the New Hyde Park location is friendly, efficient, and professional. Even during busy times, service is fast and organized, and orders are prepared accurately. The restaurant is clean, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, CHOPT New Hyde Park delivers consistent quality, great service, and delicious food every time. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable, fresh, and healthy meal option.

If you’re looking for a healthy option to satisfy your cravings, Chopt at Marcus Ave in New Hyde Park is the place to go! The staff are super friendly and very honest about their recommendations 🙂 Their dine-in option have plenty of seatings that gives you an open feeling without feeling like you’re in a crowded place! It’s also a nice spot to study if you need to do a little bit of work. Overall, great ambience, friendly staff, and tasty healthy salad with lots of variety! They also have sweet treats like their in house made brownies
I got my go-to favorite: Sanat Fe with panko chicken paired with their recommended dressing of sweet and smoky chipotle plus sesame ginger. Yum!

Ordered a steak wrap there was one piece of steak in the wrap. Also added avocado and jalapeno and it wasn’t included. For a wrap that costs $28 I would think they would add what I’m requesting. Such a waste of money.

Quick and clean service! I ordered the Chicken Tinga Warm Bowl and would definitely get it again. Some of the add-on options can be a bit pricey, but the quality makes up for it. I was dining in when Steve stopped by to check if everything was good—he even replaced the low hot sauce Great experience overall!

This comment is not directed at the staff, but rather at what I perceive to be a management issue. The service provided was excellent. My concern pertains to the manager’s actions. I had placed an order for three salads. The employee preparing my salads was instructed by the manager to prioritize an in-house customer, then an online order, even though she was already working on my second salad. When she began preparing my third salad, the manager reiterated this instruction. Both the employee and I clarified that I was a single customer. The manager then stated, “one salad in-house and the other salad online.” I fail to understand the rationale behind this approach and how it is equitable to the customer present in the establishment. Furthermore, this situation creates an unfair dynamic for the employees who must interact with in-store customers.
