I stopped by Chopt in Mt. Kisco and had a fantastic experience! The location on South Moger Avenue is super convenient—right in the heart of town, close to plenty of parking and the train station. The atmosphere inside is great; it’s bright, clean, and has a nice modern energy to it. The service was top-notch—the staff behind the counter were incredibly fast, yet very polite and patient as they helped me customize my order. My salad was prepared perfectly with crisp, fresh greens and a delicious dressing. It’s definitely a go-to spot for a quick, high-quality, and healthy lunch!

I made a mistake when placing my order (thought I had indicated dressing on the side since I wasn’t planning to eat my salad until later in the evening after the shop closed) and when I mentioned this to the team member at the counter, she was so understanding! She checked with the manager and he said “no worries at all” so they re-made my order without hesitation and made me feel super valued. Thank you, Chopt team!

Great spot. I accidentally ordered something with a dressing that contains something I’m allergic to, and rather than cause a stink, Brad the GM and the staff immediately replaced my order on the spot at no extra charge. Very friendly and warm staff behind the counter, too. Will visit again!

Usually love Chopt and their product, I’ve been going for awhile now to get lunch but today I was left feeling disappointed. I got my salads and the worker pointed over to the bags, utensils and napkins and said I could bag my own stuff. For a 30 dollar order plus tip, this treatment is so ridiculous. Plus the bread is so small and incredibly stale. Super super dissatisfied, do better please.
