It’s a nice restaurant, open space and bright lighting, very clean. It’s just found a hair in our food. And the whole grain rice is uncooked. I am not sure it meant to be very hard and super chewy, sometimes hurts my teeth to chew or it’s just uncooked.

They took the time to make sure everything was done right, kept things moving efficiently, and still managed to be friendly and attentive — which says a lot about their work ethic and customer care. You could tell they genuinely care about the experience they’re providing, not just getting through the rush.
Because of their service alone, I’d absolutely come back. Big credit to Alex and Kervins for handling a high-pressure moment with patience and professionalism.
