The order arrived about 1.5 hours later than expected, but it was a snow day and we completely understood and expected some delay. We were just hoping to receive it before leaving our office. When their DoorDash driver didn’t show up, the store employee and manager went above and beyond trying to make it right, the manager even personally delivered our order.
We’ve had bad experiences in the past and stopped ordering for the same reason, but this time your team truly turned things around and won us back. The level of care and customer service was outstanding, and we really appreciate it. Thank you, team!!

I had a great experience at Chopt with excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and everything felt professionally managed. Manager Said Uddin was extremely helpful and greeted me warmly, which made the visit even better. Overall, it was a 5-star experience and I would definitely recommend this location.
