Delicious!
So good I went two nights in a row!!
Staff were amazing & the food matched the atmosphere.
I ordered my usual shrimp pho with chicken broth on day 1 and the steak & cabbage pho the second day.

Both very delicious.

Definitely recommend.

The Chopstx Noodle Bar is easy to miss if you are not looking for it. With all the glitz and attractions of the casino the restaurant is tucked away. The food is really good, served quickly and hot. The staff are friendly and accommodating and it’s a good spot to stop for a quick snack.

Only giving 4 stars because I replaced the meat products with tofu, and they charged $2 more to replace the meat with tofu. Which makes absolutely no sense because tofu costs way less than any type of meat. The service way amazing. She was a super sweet lady. The food was delicious. Vegan options are available but cost more for no reason. The veggie pho was the best pho I’ve ever had

Pretty decent food just hard to locate inside the casino or it could have been a lack of familiarity of the area on my behalf. But it is a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere. Me and my brother got the combination Pho and it was really good. It was a overall great experience but the servers were really ambitious and was trying to sell us food like a used car salesman.. but they were really nice.

I visited Chopstx Noodle Bar recently along with my friend. It is located inside the Scarlet Pearl Casino. The parking of the Casino can be used. While entering the lift from the parking side, the noodle bar is located on Casino (C) level.

The dining facility is top notch with friendly servers. The food was unique for me as it was my second time trying Vietnamese food. I tried Tofu Spring Rolls and Vegetarian Pho. I liked the Veg Pho a lot and it was really healthy at the same time. I also tried Grass Jelly drink. I didn’t like the drink that much.

Overall our experience was amazing. I hope to return back and try other dishes on the menu.

On the second floor of Scarlet Pearl Casino, we stumbled upon a hidden gem while hunting for late-night eats at 11 PM. The restaurant was open until 2 AM, and we were drawn in by the promise of a warm bowl of pho. What we got was a spicy noodle dish (~$25) with a rich, savory pork broth packed with brisket, pork shank, and even pork blood cubes. It was a late-night flavor explosion that hit the spot perfectly!

Staying at SCARLET Pearl and stopped in here for lunch. It was not busy. We sat at the counter near cooking area so we could watch.

The staff were nice…both our waitress and cook. Ordered the fried egg rolls….I didn’t care for them but my husband liked them. We also ordered the chicken banhmi sandwich but received a pork sandwich. It had cucumber, pork, cilantro on French banguette….it was just ok for me. I didn’t care for pork.

I had tea to drink my husband sprite. Prices reasonable. It was busier during the evening hours. I wouldn’t personally go back.

BUCKLE UP, it’s a long one….

Let me start off by saying we went here on Labor Day so it was very busy. my husband, his parents (they are african american) and I (white) arrived at the restaurant around 2:30pm. Every single table along with all the chairs at the bar were taken. There is no one there to greet you or help you figure out where to sit. So, my husband, his dad and I went to the bathroom while his mom stayed back to wait. We came back and you could see more people were starting to come so we formed a line. technically, we were there first but they had a man that formed a line. the bar freed up slightly so we let him and his two guests have the bar. another table became free so we tried to take it but they had a lady (asian) at the bar that already ordered her food but she claimed the table for her guest. my mother in law and her had a heated discussion and none of the workers intervened to resolve the situation. well we continued to wait and finally another table became free and we had to ask the cleaner to clean off the table so we could sit down. Once we sat down, a worker came right up to us and apologized for the wait and everything. so was SOOO kind and got our orders right away. i really wanted a vietnamese coffee but she informed me they were out. She brought me a lemonade and didn’t charge me for it to accommodate for the coffee.
While we waited for our food, we observed everything going on in the restaurant. they had a sweet old couple (they were african american) behind us waiting in the line and tables were starting to free up. they didn’t want to go sit at a dirty table so they were trying to wait until it was cleared but the lady (asian) BEHIND them cut them and went try to take a table so we had to say something to the worker. The worker didn’t really do anything about it and let the customer figure it out themselves. The people that cut the older couple ended up eating first. How does that make sense? it seemed that everyone kept cutting and there were no regulations on seating. they need a worker that handles the seating so that people don’t have to wait in an actual line just to get a table and no one can cut anyone.
I hate to say this but the vibes that we got were that the asian customers felt entitled to dine first. The person that took our order didn’t give us that impression but it seemed that the asian customers felt entitled to the tables first. That’s just the vibes we got from our experience there.
Anyways, our food came and i can’t lie, it was AMAZING. we ordered two shrimp noodle bowls and two Scarlett Pearl Specials. Our food was phenomenal. the broth was so tasty and flavorful and everything was so fresh. the portions are plentiful. we had a whole to-go container full when we left.
As we were leaving, the tables that have been freed up when we first sat down had still not been cleaned. the issue is that the guy that cleans off the tables also cleans the dishes in the back. the bottom line is, THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE. point blank period. Especially when it’s as busy as it was. I really hope something is done about their manning because i felt so bad for the sweet older couple behind us.
Although it was a rough start, we left very satisfied with the service and the food. And for four people, we paid $75 without the tip so it was a very reasonable price.
I think next time, if it is that busy in there, i will just call and order to go because the seating arrange was a catastrophe.

Service was poor and It was a to go order. Employees do not know what customer serve is. I ordered it to go and it seemed like it was inconvenience for Employees to take order and pack it up. I spent almost 50$ for two items. Pho’ seemed watered down. It wasn’t was good as our locally own noodle shops. Heard great things about this place but can’t say the same. I’ll stick to my usual pho’ spots.
