We had a good lunch here! They didn’t have everything available that was on the menu but what we did end up getting was great. The Korean beef soup was very tasty and my son enjoyed his stir-fried glass noodles as well as his Boba Tea. Friendly service also!

Absolutely delicious! My husband is Korean, so we try a lot of different Korean restaurants. This one is by far the best we have had. Every dish I’ve tried there has been good.. and my husband agrees! Great service, comforting atmosphere and awesome food. Definitely recommend.

MAJOR heads up, this place is FULL KOREAN cuisine, no longer Vietnamese therefore there was no longer several of our favorite dishes: Basil fried rice, fresh rolls, and pho. If you like Korean you’ll like this food, but I personally don’t like the taste. Still 10/10 customer service and the drinks are still yummy!

Excellent!!! The food was fresh and delicious! calm pleasant atmosphere. Service was sweet and friendly. large portions. Husband said of his leftovers, ‘I look forward to taking this for lunch tomorrow!’
We chose this place for my birthday because my Korean friends love it; we are very thankful! We look forward to next time!!!
I just hope our teens don’t devour it before lunch tomorrow!

Got the chopstix tonkatsu & it was scrumptious. Also had a delicious iced matcha latte, and you can tell it’s a high quality matcha which is hard to find in Chattanooga. Wait staff was friendly and energetic. A truly grand time was had!

(Side note: the people need the pho)

Great place for pho, bahn mi, and boba tea. I’ve visited a few times and have tried a variety of things in the menu. Overall, both the food and the service has been great.

Personally, I’m a big fan of their pho, banh mi, and their crispy spring rolls but found their vermicelli and fresh spring rolls a bit bland. I haven’t ordered from their Korean section yet but plan do plan to in the future.

Dish ordered: Beef Bulgogi w/ Steam Rice
Date: July 24, 2025
Location: Chopstix Viet Bistro, 6903 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN

First stop on my food tour, and I gotta keep it real. The beef bulgogi wasn’t hittin’ like the one in Clarksville. It was decent—ate it with chopsticks and all—but flavor-wise, I’d give it a 6/10. For $21 after taxes and non-cash adjustment, I expected a little more flavor and a lot more punch.

Now let’s talk environment. Soon as you walk in, it hits you—a strong, funky smell, like a water or sewage issue. I’m down for a good hole-in-the-wall spot, but that odor might scare some folks off before they even sit down.

The place itself got a nice layout, cool drink selection, and the staff was quick with the to-go order. But that smell really threw the whole vibe off. If they get that fixed, I’d give it another shot.

A small location nearby that I decided to visit for a new experience. I’ve been to many restaurants serving a variety of Asian cuisine, but hadn’t tried Vietnamese before. I had a Lavender Milk Tea with boba – the tea was delicious and I learned that I don’t like boba. With just a few questions the server made an excellent recommendation: stir fried noodles with veggies and chicken, I’m really not sure which Menu item it was. I enjoyed it very much, very nice flavors and quality ingredients! There was enough food for two people to split easily, I took the leftovers home and ordered A1. Spring Rolls with pork & A6. Dumplings to go, both were delicious even reheated. I will absolutely go back.

First time at Chopstix was 2/26/22 and it will NOT be the last. I loved everything about this restaurant. The food was delicious, the Bubble tea was delicious, had a veggie crunchy spring roll and it was amazing, nothing like any spring roll I have eaten before. This was rich with texture and flavor. I had Beef crunchy noodle and the broth was rich and flavorful. The beef was tender and juicy. We shared a fried banana for dessert and again it was just amazing. I didn’t try my husbands dish but he said it was delicious.

This place is absolutely top notch amazing. The service was great, the food was authentic with exceptional flavor. I can’t believe this place is not packed 24/7. The chicken pho is a must for cold and flu season. Everything is fresh and you can tell they care about everything down to the presentation. Tables and floors are clean. If you like the miso soup at Japanese restaurants, you should definitely try the chicken pho. The milk teas are very tasty and authentic as well. If you don’t try this place, you are missing a hidden gem!
