Every bite tastes fresh and well-balanced. And the crab rangoon? They boldly claim it’s the best—and honestly, they’re not wrong. Crispy on the outside, creamy and flavorful on the inside, it’s easily some of the best around. If you’re looking for consistently great Chinese food with dishes done right, Chopstix is absolutely worth the visit.

Great place to eat! It’s my favorite sushi place in KC. I live on the Kansas side and drive to the northland often just to eat here. The sushi is great and amazing portions. The house rolls are huge and one can fill me up. They have the best crab Rangoon I’ve ever tasted they are always fresh and a great mix of crunch, soft, creamy, savory, and sweet. The food is always fresh, the service is friendly and fast. Whether you order out or eat in you get the same level of food. I suggest everyone try this place at least once. Warning though if you try it you’ll be hooked.

I used to come here all the time, by the second time Michael (one of the managers/owners I think) remembered my name… I left for 6 MONTHS and came and ate with my girlfriend, and he dropped of my drink and goes “there you go Dakota”. There has been no place that I’ve ever been to in my time of the army to remember anything like this. I even quizzed him on my food and he remembered (jalapeño chicken is the best ever btw). (Even before this) I would definitely recommend this place to everyone, between the food, pricing, and customer service unlike any.

10/10 experience for 11pm!! There was a crowd and we got sat pretty quickly! The staff was so friendly and had pretty good English!! The sushi was amazing!! Definitely will be retuning! The prices were hard to beat, $13.95 for ALL specialty rolls and they had cheaper options!

Usually visit a couple times a week. Excellent food at a good price. The staff is wonderful and knows us by name. Appetizer was hot and sour soup. Dinner is sweet and sour chicken, spring rolls. Seconds dinner, Szechwan chicken, iced teas. Enough food to even take some home.
