I guess you could consider me a regular here. I don’t traditionally get their entrees, I get the soups and appetizers. Their food is always 10/10 and if you want a change they are very sweet about it. The chefs are also very sweet, I will always recommend this place. They also give gigantic serving portions.. If you think you are hungry enough to finish their food, no you’re not lol. Always greeted with a smile and they’re open super late so it makes a good late dinner if you’re not feeling up to cooking.

Im from NY and Ive had authentic Chinese food and this is not it . First I ordered general tso and got sweet and sour chicken. Not even the sweet and sour sauce was good . I also ordered combination fried rice for my kid which was spicy and had curry flavor thats ridiculous. Lastly I ordered wontons with chili oil which came in a SOUP . Thats not what I ordered , wontons were watered down . Who wants an oily soup ?? Be forreal. Let alone the price I paid over $30 and didn’t enjoy one thing . I will not be spending my money here again.

This is the second time my husband and I have tried this place. We ate here 7 months ago and I remember it being fine. But I remember we ordered the General Tso’s chicken and it tasted like sweet and sour chicken. This time we ordered sesame chicken and it also tasted just like sweet and sour chicken. I’m starting to wonder if all their chicken tastes the same. Something I really liked was the beef pancake appetizer. We also ordered the fried chow mein and the fried potato beef dish. We got them on a level two of spiciness. It turns out that level 2 means they cover the dish in chili paste. The fried potatoes tasted like French fries covered in chili paste. The chow mein only tasted like chili paste. The food came out fast and was a decent price. But I would never order those things again.. Besides the beef pancakes.

Just tried Chopstix for the first time today with a friend and we were both seriously impressed!
I had the Combo Fried Shave Noodles at spice level 2 (of 5) which was just the perfect amount of kick without making my nose run. The flavor was incredible! The meat was super-tender. The noodles were so good. A+++
We also tried the kimchi fried rice, which was also good, and a huge bowl of the hot & sour soup.
The portions were surprisingly large, especially for the price! (seriously, Chopstix, you could easily increase your prices) We had to get to-go containers for most of the food.
And the service was fast and food was ready quickly.

Our friends made the suggestion to try out Chop Stix last night, it was so good! From getting greeted, efficient order taken, food came out and was very good! We did their spring roll, order of the hot chicken wings, we all got the combo’s. Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, Kung Po, all was good! Very happy to try a new place and left full and glad we tried it! The place was full and the young man was waiting on everyone and busting his hump! Great job, we will be back!

just incredible. there are no restaurants like this in salem so when we are somewhere that has one we order a lot for leftovers. every dish was full of wonderful flavor and the employee who helped us with everything was beyond friendly and fantastic. definitely will be back when we are in the area again.

This is one of the top Chinese restaurants ive ever been to in terms of a more authentic Chinese food. It’s not like the Americanized Chinese Restaurants food.
This place beats many of the places ive tried in SanFrancisco and Portland Oregon. Good spices and flavor in what dishes we have tried. Really impressed with their food.
We definitely will return and as of now I won’t go to any other Chinese place in this area with the high quality at Chopsticks.
I cant imagine someone giving this place a bad review but there are a lot of idiots running around.
Their service is impeccable. They are very helpful and kind. And they have very reasonable prices. Liked them so much i contacted Rick and Jenn at Flavortown USA to maybe do a show on them on Diners Drive ins and dives.
This place was so good I was halfway expecting Sam Elliott would be walking through the door to sit down and have a wonderful Chinese dinner

If I could give it zero, I would. Ordered delivery, all just so bland and cold. The portions were for for MAYBE a lunch tray in elementary school. Hot and sour soup was embarrassing. And that’s always my favorite thing to get at a Chinese restaurant. You can tell a lot from how their soup tastes. Me and my girlfriend we’re starving, hoping that this would save us, and it was so disappointing. If I could rate zero I would.

Chopstix is fast becoming a fave for a quick authentic Chinese food lunch for me! The server is always friendly and up-beat. The menu is reasonably priced. The food is not just the standard Americanized Chinese fare. It’s the Good Stuff–the kind of foods really served in China. Sure, they’ve got a few Americanized standards, like General Tso’s, but the menu is so much more. And, they’re consistent. Yum!

This is one of the best Chineses places in town. Not only do they serve more traditional amazing foods like their Dry Pot. But they also have the basic entrees like General Tso’s Chicken. It is a great place to cater to both tastes. Anyone here giving a one star should just go to Kirin City. This place is just a great gem to have in Springfield. Always great service and more importantly consistency in their food.
