First time and definitely will not my last! Warm, friendly and thoughtful staff. Food smells yummy, is delicious as well as very appealing to the eyes. Recommending the walnut Shrimp for sure!

This place gave us major food court vibes. You order at the counter and wait at the table for your food and they give it to you in to go boxes with plastic spoons/forks and Styrofoam cups. The portion sizes were great for the lunch special price and the food was only okay. They had industrial fans all over keeping the place cool and half of the restaurant is being used for to go container storage. You have to walk past all of the cardboard boxes to get to the bathroom and the further back you go the hotter it gets because the ac doesn’t work. It seems like they had really big plans for this place to be a sit down restaurant but didn’t have the foot traffic so most of their business is to go now. They should section off half the restaurant with dividers so customers don’t see all the boxes and just create a hallway to the bathroom. Lean in to the to go side, maybe see about adding a drive thru, and make some good money hopefully.

Expect to pay $20 per person. Friendly. Nice Tasty Hot Food. No harassing waitresses. Nice atmosphere, although I thought they could have had their chandelier at the front entrance cleaned, its so nice but clearly needed it, but it had no bearing on the workers, service or food which were all excellent. Will visit more often with friends and family.

Horrible! The place is run down, Could really use a facelift inside and out! They have portable A/C units through out the restaurant and it smells. The staff were soft spoken and slow. Not at all helpful. The food took forever for it being lunch time and not busy at all. (That should have been the sign right there!) Then when I was able to finally sit down to eat, the rice was hard, The chicken was way undercooked and then soup had no flavor. Waste of my money.

Food (daily special) was very good, served fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Seemed perhaps it had been reheated in a microwave? If it was, it did not affect the quality. Half of the massive dining room is used for dry storage, which looks awkward and a bit haphazard. Screening it better would create a better ambiance?

Food actually pretty good. Owner does not know the meaning of customer service. I would eat there once a week. Boycotted for 2 years. Went back, had the same problem. Back to boycotting. Over $0.10

Like the other reviews here, this place is very comparable to Panda Express. Now idk if that means Panda is stepping up or Chopstix is subpar. Either way, the food quality is similar. The Singapore Noodles is enjoyable and a welcome side item. Had a noticeable curry flavor. Everything else was adequate. They have a whiteboard in the front with special items listed, but it isnt immediately apparent how to get these items since the ordering style is much like Panda Express where u go down a line, and those items are not up there. Shame because they sounded great. I think the business is well placed, and a decent lunch spot.

The food was from frozen, freezer burned, microwaved, and bland. Also had to listen to the cashier argue with a delivery driver while I was waiting. I did not even finish my food and did not bother bringing the leftovers home.
