This place has been consistently great since the 90s, with only a few changes (all for the better imo, like adding sushi to the menu and switching to all white meat chicken). Yes, the building is dated. I do not care. The food is always fresh, crisp, hot, and flavorful. Portions and prices are fair. The family/owners (who do all of the work themselves, from front of house to all of the cooking and purchasing ingredients) could not be friendlier.

Freezer burnt frozen chicken heated and drown in generic sauce. Disgusting. Lost my appetite and couldn’t even eat. Ordered lo mein and it was more random vegetables I’d never seen added before than noodles. Small restaurant, not very clean. Blunt loud “waitress” just all around bad experience. Would never recommend.

I ordered sweet and sour and a hot night, my sweet and sour had a bare minimum amount of chicken and rice in to go box bar and a sad amount of sauce, my hot night looked repulsive and was 75% rice with a unbearable taste of wasabi. Absolutely ridiculous how bad this place has got. They should be disappointed

Update….Service still friendly, food is still good. However….as I was eating, you could see their mopping trail and where they didn’t mop. Everything was clean except the black dirt on the floor that has accumulated from not mopping in those spots. See pics

As an avid Cashew Chicken fan, this is the place for it. Chicken is crispy, all white meat, and the right amount of sauce. Service is always prompt and friendly. They are open to eat inside! Every other table for the Covid.

The Hawaiian Sushi role was good. Pictures are current prices. 3-2023. Restaurant needs a deep cleaning. Sticky tables and built up floor grime. A steam cleaning/power wash would do the job. Christian worship music playing was a great touch. Jesus is Lord.

We got dinner to go. It was all pretty delicious. Although, the battered chicken wasn’t as crispy as I’d like. We had sesame chicken, which surprisingly was spicy. It was sweet as well. We ordered generals chicken and it had a sweet and savory sauce. It had some fresh veggies added for a splash of color. Tasty carrots and broccoli. It wasn’t as spicy as the sesame… we also ordered Mongolian beef which was full of veggies and steak. The sauce was garlicky, savory, and sweet. The lo mein was good and plenty to share. It had a lot of noodles! We also had garlic chicken, the sauce wasn’t what I expected. There was some sort of underlining unique spice. Turmeric or cinnamon?? Not sure. It was good though!! The garlic chicken, lo mein, and Mongolian all came with mushrooms. If you’re not a fan make sure to ask for none. I would recommend checking to make sure all your food is there if you order to go. They forgot our rice for one if the dishes. No big deal. I will go back 🙂

We ordered three meals and a sushi roll, but were pretty disappointed when we got home. The photos and menu showed that meals come with rice, a crab Rangoon, and an egg roll—but none of those were included in our order. On top of that, one of the meals was regular chicken, but it was just maybe 2 bites of chicken with mostly vegetables and no rice at all. One meals rice was cold as well.
It felt misleading based on what was shown online. I really recommend updating the menu to reflect what actually comes with the meals so customers know what to expect. Accuracy makes a big difference—especially when people are spending good money on dinner.

I just ate lunch here. Although the food was okay, just going to the restroom after made me sick to my stomach how FILTHY it was. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in YEARS!! The toilet and the cupboards, light switch, door , EVERYTHING made me think about how clean the kitchen could be where my food was prepared.
Sure enough, as I walked out and saw the kitchen door was open, that kitchen looked as filthy as the bathroom did.
The health department really needs to go check that place. I will never EVER go back there.
