Started off very nice placed my order got the wrong soup right away said something about it they finally brought me the correct soup after that I received my sushi which I ordered by accident instead of sashimi I did not eat the rice when I went to place my order since I was eating all you can eat they would not give me the menu and created an issue for not eating the rice I will post a picture 15 minutes later they finally gave me a menu after making me very uncomfortable anyways I placed my next order and did not receive half of the items I ordered on the menu it says there will be a 30% up charge for wasting food the table behind me did not eat a whole entire roll because they were full and they said don’t worry about it they did not up charge them. Maybe there regulars Anyways The quality of fish is not as good I have had other places The waitress was very friendly but like I said before the management really made me feel uncomfortable but not ever go here again plus they change their prices during a week from $20.99 to $22.99

This is my second time here. Wow! Still a wow in my book. Relaxing atmosphere. Really delicious sushi and sashimi.
Great service and pretty big menu. There is so much to choose from.
They don’t skimp on servings. It is great to choose your own items.
Be mindful of waste and don’t order more than you can eat. They are upfront of a 30% charge on excessive waste.
This is a great place to come and enjoy your meal.

The food is very good and the presentation on your plate really is pretty. Very clean inside and the atmosphere is very calm and quiet. Not really a party spot but definitely a must try. Price was nice too.

This restaurant is slow. Very slow. I’ve ordered food here a few times and its ALWAYS a significantly higher wait time then they say. It would be ok if it was packed in the restaurant but the last 2 times only 3 tables were sat and I had to wait 30+ min for a small to go order.

First few times we went the food was excellent and tasted fresh. We always did the all you can eat because the price for the quality/quantity was unbeatable. Wait staff was attentive, all of our food/drinks came out in a timely manner and correct. Began to notice the place was not busy at all even on weekend nights.
Last time we went it was not busy, but our food took forever to come out, sushi tasted very fishy and old, we got about half of what we ordered and still did not get the rest when I mentioned it. Got charged an extra $5 because we left TWO peices of sushi on the plate after complaining that it did not taste fresh.
The waitresses are very friendly, but there are only two that are ALWAYS there it seems. Overworked.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews, but I was just so disappointed with the service here. My family and I went there for the all you can eat sushi lunch and the way it’s done is very different than any other place we’ve gone to. Honestly, our waitress was so rude (treating us like we were stupid for not knowing their strange rules and just overall being very snobby) that we left after receiving our water.
No idea how the food tasted, as we never got the chance to try it.
Also, I just want to say, the male worker there was actually very nice, but our waitress was the issue.
Please just try to be more understanding if we don’t entirely understand how your restaurant does things and we ask questions so we can understand. Honestly, we weren’t rude at all and were very polite. I just wish we were shown more respect.
Also for reference to those who want to go here for all you can eat, apparently you have to order everything you want up front, no second or more rounds of orders (like every other all you can eat sushi I’ve been to). They also charge a 30% upcharge if you don’t finish everything you order, so the way its done, it just seems like they’re either forcing you to not order enough food or making you order too much and have to pay extra. As we were coming here for the first time, we have no idea what the portion sizes are. You can’t force this on your customers like this. At least put pictures for reference if you really insist on doing it that way.

Prices have gone up, but it is still an amazing value for any sushi lover. Their all-you-can-eat option is amazing. They have lunch for 15 or dinner for 25. I always get the dinner because it includes sashimi which I love.
Their fish is always fresh and the staff is always so polite. One of the best sushi places in town, for sure.
Every time I eat hear, I have so much food that my shoulder starts hurting and a almost fall asleep on my drive home so please be careful. Hahaha

The food is always delicious and fresh however the service can be extremely slow, even when there’s only a few tables dining. We usually go for the all-you-can-eat buffet, the servers almost never come to take your orders unless we wave them over. Still, worth going for fresh sashimi and sushi rolls!

I’ve eaten here a few times for all you can eat. Their hibachi steak is delicious as is their sushi pizza. The rest of the sushi is decent. The wait staff is always extremely rude, and this was not the first occasion. I will not be returning here. I will continue to go to sushi village.

This place used to be good. Last time I went here found out they changed the all you can eat menu. It was different from what was posted on the door. Although the lunch menu was cheaper the selection really sucked. We looked at the door and the old menu was on there. We offered to pay that price to have a better selection but they said no.
The sushi pieces also got smaller and the rice bigger. The sushi was definately not looking so good. Yellow tail fish was brown. Tuna was not red it was purple.
I used to travel extra distance to go here because the menu was good but since this experience I go to fishkill now.
