My fried rice and General Tso chicken had a burnt taste to it. Crab rangoon was good. Egg roll tasted burnt too. It was disappointing because they are usually so food.good. I went through drive through.

The food is Great! The food is Great because they cook the order as it comes in, So it is not as fast as other fast food pick up’s. Still they do have a drive through. It is worth the extra 5 minutes for this food.

Been eating here since I was little. Majority of the time, the food and service is great

The rice looked like it was kicked around on the floor. The chicken had a funky smell and tasted horrible. My shrimp egg rolls were dripping grease like a leaky faucet. They suck!! I don’t see how they stay in business. I wish I could give them zero stars or -5 stars

Spent $70 on 2 dinners, sweet and sour chicken, 2 orders of crab Rangoon which came w 4 each, fried shrimp, and 3 slushes. Add a side of yum yum that was a small cup for $3. Never spent that much at a Chinese spot. Food was alright until I found a dead gnat on the inside of the styrofoam and reheated onions that were actually small pieces of some type of plastic or styrofoam (picture below)

Was craving Chinese. Food was adequate, but nothing special. The sweet and sour sauce has a funky, sweet taste to it. Did not care for the mini spring rolls.

Drive thru line went by quickly. Employee at window very nice and friendly. Food was good – what was to be expected from fast Chinese food restaurant. Much better than Panda Express though.

I never had a bad experience with Chopsticks before Wednesday. I went there for an hour and 30 minutes with a friend before they closed. The lady asked if it was for carry out or dine in. I said dine in, and she didn’t like that too much because she proceeded to tell me they close soon. I said I know in an hour and 30 minutes.
I proceeded with my order. I got spicy General Tso’s chicken with noodles instead of fried rice. And my friend got Sweet and Sour Chicken with noodles instead of fried rice. Two fountain drinks. It came to $40.38. My friend and I were curious why it was that much for two meals. She said it was because of the substitution for noodles.
I didn’t think more of it and I just paid. I got our food; it was in a bag instead of on the trays. When I opened up my box, the noodles were a very small amount. It dawned on me that she charged me for a full order of noodles for both meals that we didn’t get. Because I have never been charged $4.00 before to substitute the rice for noodles.
I believe it was done intentionally. You are the expert of your menu and price, and I made it clear that I wanted to substitute rice for noodles. So I believe it was intentional, and therefore I will not be back there. I’m big on integrity , and that showed me they are not to be trusted.
