We love chopsticks house, it’s one of the best Chinese places in the area.
A little concerned though because I ordered on April 18 2025 for my family, and my dad got a piece of a metal cleaning brush in his food. Thank goodness he noticed and didn’t swallow it.

I ordered General Tso’s chicken on Christmas Day, was super dried out like Jerky, not fresh at all. Seems like they are selling expired food from the coco food store nextdoor. Avoid this place the food quality is very bad. This food also got me sick the morning afterwards with Diarrhea, and stomach pain.

Stay away from the Chopsticks House in Sterling, VA. This is supposed to be bourbon chicken… it has pork pieces in it and the lo mein taste like it was cooked in pork fat To be honest idk what type of meat this is

I went to the Chopstick House website, and clicked delivery. It took me to a another website where I entered my information and ordered food at 8:00 p.m. I had to verify my phone number and I received a text saying my food would arrive at 8:40 p.m. At 9:00 p.m., when I had not received any food, call or text I called the restaurant. The man who answered the phone said he didn’t see an order for my phone number, and asked me how I ordered my food. I told him I used the restaurant’s website – he said he didn’t see an order because only the manager has the access code to view online orders and he said the manager would call me back in a few minutes. The manager called and said he would “make the food again” – he didn’t know what happened to the driver or where my food was. He did apologize and said he would get the food to me as soon as possible. I received the food at 9:34 p.m. I did request a discount or partial credit and asked him to figure out what was fair. I received a free Arizona Iced Tea and what appeared to be an extra large portion of the entree I had ordered. The food was good, and I would not hesitate to give this restaurant a second chance.

I spent over $40 for a delivery order, and the order came not sealed, causing the food to leak in the bag, and spill everywhere. The brown paperback, was soaked with the grease and broke while it was being delivered. I called the food establishment back, and I got someone saying ” we will call you back”, and I still have yet to hear from anyone. The food was was not sealed and ruined my whole meal.

I really enjoyed my meal here, I ordered broccoli an beef, with orange chicken all with vegetable Lo’Mein. I was not disappointed, neither was my family. I ordered online and I really liked the ” less salty” option on the items.
Everything was fresh and very tasty. This would be my second time eating here and I’ll be back for more!
It’s a little on the pricey side, but I think it was worth it.

First time order… terrible. Fried Dumplings were bland with hardly any pork, orange chicken entree with chicken fried rice was bland and the chicken fried rice was also bland and the chicken was slimy, lastly the Gen. Tso chicken combo was also bland. Portions are big, but, who cares if it’s like eating at a hospital. No more.
