If I could give this place a zero I would. My partner and I ordered and he went to get it said the place seemed nice was very excited for a new restaurant but the food tastes like paint or cleaner very chemically like it should be ingested. The fried chicken finger was so dry I couldn’t even bite it even the fried wontons were stale nothing was edible and beef teriyaki was the worst thing I’ve ever had. Please do not eat here. (I’ve never written a bad review for anyone but when the food tastes like feet that haven’t been washed in years you have to warn others.)

We were very excited to try this place because we heard they could make vegan meals. Upon arrival the entire restaurant smelled like turpentine and paint. It was hard to breathe in there but we managed. They had a few fans but the windows and doors were closed. We live 45 minutes away so when we finally got home and opened up the food it all smelled and tasted exactly like the turpentine/paint smell in the restaurant. Nothing was edible. Even the egg rolls. We called to let them know and all they could offer was to refund 50% of the $54 dinner order. Since we live so far away we couldn’t exactly bring the food back. This is really sad. We were really looking forward to what everybody says is a good meal there. Everybody there is friendly and nice, I just wish the food experience could have been better.

The hostist was nice and the place seemed to have a cozy atmosphere but there was an unrecognizable odor and I was just getting take out so i wasnt to bothered by it. I was excited to try it as im new to bangor and havnt tried eating out much. When I got home and opened the container the first thing I noticed was the chicken finger with the big way over cooked on one end and after picking it up didnt look like the other end was done all the way. OK, not that big a deal so I took a bite, chewed with complete unhappiness as I spit it out. It tasted like moth balls or some sort of cleaner. So I picked up a chicken wing with the same unhappiness and gross flavor of cleaner. Then the rice wich was kinda soggy wich I didnt know was a thing and it was the same gross cleaner taste. I did not eat it and it’s a shame because they are rather close to me but unfortunately I will not be back again

I had high hopes for this place and I can walk to it but this was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! There was no miso in the miso soup, some kind of bland broth and the meat tasted off. The crab Rangoon was horrible, dry and tasteless! Don’t waste your money. The dipping sauce was nasty! Needless to say, I threw everything in the trash Because it was that bad!

First, this place is expensive. I paid my fried rice for $10 and the quality was very poor. what is that pink colored pork??!!! I don’t understand.
that pink color pork made rice pink and I completely lost my appetite.
Second, no utensil. how could I eat this? with hand?
UGH never gonna use this place anymore. I wasted my $10!!!!!!!

Small off the beaten trail restaurant in Bangor tucked behind St. Joe’s. The atmosphere was better than the food. I liked the ceiling and wall decorations. I’ve had much better and spicier Pad Thai elsewhere in the area.

My first and last time eating at this place. The food was horrible, the sauce was spoiled, the only thing that was good and I could eat were the fortune cookies, nothing else

Good smelled terrible. I should have just left when I smelled the inside of the place but I was hungry. We couldn’t eat it. Smelled like chemicals and tasted like it too. Even my husband who didn’t even go with me to get it smelled it when I got home.
